    Sota hot chicken sandwich

Stopped in for lunch before a meeting on the north end of town. Got there around 11:30 and were the only table at the time, but definitely was picking up when we left. So many options sounded really good. I ended up with the Sota Hot Chicken sandwich. I loved this choice! It was a bit messy, but delicious. The sauce was a sweet and (Minnesota) spicy. The slaw was also yummy. It was recommended to try the chips and dip. I was actually surprised that the dip was enjoyable, as it was a blue cheese based dip. One slight thing, the restaurant had just gotten a new point of sale system which led to a bit of confusion with our server and checks. Hopefully that gets figured out with time. If I'm on the north side of town again, I will definitely stop in again!

Ate here for the first time today, we were a group of 6 and had a cute quaint fireplace table. This place is small but very nicely decorated and I saw a gazebo with outdoor seating in the summer. I ordered the Turkey Club and the bread was a Cranberry wild rice made of goodness! Smoked turkey, gouda, garlic aioli, tomatoes, lettuce and pickeled onion, I only ate half but it was so delicious I could have kept going and been miserably full. Chips were dont to perfection, crunchy and delicious along with the home made dip. My Aunt had the shrimp sandwich that I am sorry I did not get a picture of but honestly I swear I heard her moan with each bite. My other Aunt had the Sota chicken bowl and she said it was packed with every amount of goodness with each bite. My fiancé and uncle both had the smash burger and both said all the flavors were present and one of their tops. We were there right when they opened at 11:00 so they were not very busy but the places was filling up with what the waitress (Jackie) called their regulars as we were leaving. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgable about all the menu items and the history of the white rabbit and how it got its name. Top notch food and service and the bathrooms were really cute too. Will definitely be back. All the plates being delivered to the other tables sure looked nummy too it will be difficult knowing what to order next time being I loved my dish today so much.

Very nice atmosphere even if it's a bit small inside. We had a mixed experience with service - started off really slow, but ended up being OK when all was said and done. As for food, the smoked chicken wings were definitely not my favorite, but I believe it was mostly a preference to a less smoky flavor profile when it comes to wings than anything else. For mains, both the mahi mahi and brisket dip were solid entrees. Each a bit unique in some regards, and maybe most importantly they were relatively reasonable from a price standpoint.

This update is based on finally getting a chance to dine in instead of delivery. The renovated space is very nice; bright and modern, with a neighborhood feel. Note that it is small, so reservations are recommended. They have a full bar and the cocktail list is creative and reasonably priced. My Margarita tasted more like a Sour, but it was good. The wine list is also well thought out. However, my glass of Beaujolais was served very cold and I wasn't sure I got the right wine as 15 minutes later, the bartended showed up with my glass of wine even though I was already half done with the one I already had. What I had was good anyway, once it warmed up a bit. We wanted to have the large Bavarian Pretzel with our drinks, but they were out. Other appetizer options sounded good, but we decided to pass knowing their entrees are pretty filling. My wife had the Smoked Turkey Club, which she said was very good but could have done without the lemon aioli. Their homemade potato chips and dip are excellent. My son order a Margherita Pizza with Sausage added. What he got looked more like the 2 Parts Pig pizza, which was served my someone who was not our server (something I hate at restaurants because having a random server show up means they know nothing about the orders and can't detect mistakes like this one). Once our actual server was informed, she apologized and took the pizza back to the kitchen. Instead of creating the correct pizza, they apparently just threw some sausage on the wrong pizza and re-fired it. My son said it was good, but it wasn't what he wanted. I had the Flat Iron Steak to see how they handled entrees other than their excellent sandwiches. I was a good quality steak with a tasty reduction sauce, but it was a bit undercooked from the Medium Rare that I requested. I was still good. The Mashed Potatoes were nice. The Vegetable Saute was nothing special. We decided to split the Butter Cake with Ice Cream for dessert. It was very, very good, and not heavy. All in all, it was a good meal and we will go back, but there are a few rough edges that need to be smoothed.

I really can't say enough great things about White Rabbit Kitchen. It starts the moment you walk in the door of this beautiful strip mall restaurant. A gorgeous, bright space with a fun glitter splashed fireplace as a main focal point Naturally I sat at the bar as I always do. The bar is a beautiful white and black marble with about 8 stools. I was instantly greeted by a smiling face and given a water and a menu right away. Both the bartender, Rachael, and the dining server, Heather, made it a point to say hello and welcome me. These two ladies were absolutely incredible. Honestly some of the best service a person could ask for. I was also greeted by one of the owners, Tammy. I ordered the Burrata as an appetizer. The presentation was beautiful. It was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the Sota Chicken Sandwich on the bartender's recommendation and it was a great rec. Crispy, juicy chicken thigh in a delicious housemade sauce. I ended the evening with a couple of housemade cookies and a glass of wine. Perfect evening! Check this place out.

    Pesto grilled cheese

What an amazing place!!!!! I've never been before but I had seen their food trucks around the twin cities. There's a nice little storefront in Andover with a nice parking lot. I ordered the pesto grilled cheese with a side of their chips and dip. All of this is made in house and you can really tell. There is so much love in this food and it shone through- I've never had a better grilled cheese and I doubt I will again until I go back. The pesto grilled cheese also had balsamic poured over the top and it is GENIUS. The chips were cooked there it seems and the dip they serve with them is also very good. My other friends got the soup and also really enjoyed it. If you're in the area please check them out, I promise you'll love it.

I have not found a thing I haven't liked and almost feel like I've tried everything on the menu to you know make a full educated review that I have made this my weekly spot. The staff is always friendly and willing to give you ideas of what to try next... with a girl like me... sometimes needs some direction on what to eat! Lets give you the highlight real of all the goods! Chicken Legs that of course sell out but OMGOODNESS they Cinnamon rub in these lovelies are next level and addictive (sweet, salty, and perfect) and a repeat to that is the Cordon Q with the honey mustard sauce that is a lil creamy and on a fresh baked roll.. don't be a sleeper on the ham on this sandwich! Catching up on those other sandwiches from Q Ban to the Bowls are ALL fricken just *Chef's Kiss you can always find something good to have here and if you just wanna meat it up with a Q Combo and Sample all the goods... you will be glad you did! Heck if you wanna just eat all the sides my fav is the Wedges (with the chipotle sour cream), Roasted Veggies that will make you wanna actually eat your veggies and not stop! Mac and Cheese is the creamiest and a keeper is the potato salad and beans! Everything is good on this list! Don't forget your rolls or corn bread... its a lil snack for later if you don't impulse buy one of Charlies Monster Cookies while checking out!!! I would have posted pictures but lets be real... it doesn't last long enough for me to snap one!

It was pulled chicken bowl. Looks the menu changed a bit since I last visited. I built my own pulled chicken sandwich, it was just okay. They give you a ton of meat which is nice. I wish they had bbq sauce available at the tables if you dine or easy to grab more if needed. My mom got spicy wedges with her food. I unfortunately am not a fan of soggy food and the wedges were very soggy so I didn't care for that. Coleslaw wasn't my vibe either. I did get a banana cupcake to eat later. I ate it the next day and it was good! They have a decent size dining room to dine in.

Cost wise, it was actually quite affordable for a food truck and there's even an option for a big ol' bucket of lumpia for $36. The downside was that I didn't like them at all. They're sour, are they supposed to be sour? I've had other lumpia's before and they didn't taste like this. It tasted like the meat had gone off and soured and was used to make the lumpia but I honestly can't tell if that sour taste was intentional or not. The pork skewers could have been great, they just needed a hit of salt to bring out the flavor. The lechon, not a lot of flavor and the garlic fried rice also needed a bit more umph. The flan was okay and the pineapple drink was nice and pineappley but not for me.

You sit at a table and order off your phone, and servers will bring your food and drinks out to you. Had no problem with that, it was a fairly easy process. Our servers were kind and I believe we talked to the owner for a bit who was attentive to all the tables! The food is the disappointing piece. I had the chicken rojo avocado tacos and they really lacked flavor. There was plenty of chicken in such a small tortilla, which made the taco fall apart as you ate. My sister ordered the pesto Mac and cheese with chicken and it was okay, but the chicken was not good. I didn't try the tenderloin bowl, but it seemed to have better reviews than my meal or my sisters from my family. I don't make my way out to Blaine often enough to try again, but I think this would be a better spot for pizzas and milkshakes.
