I went in to fix a small chipped filling and had no pain or sensitivity at that time. After the filling was replaced, I started having pain when chewing. I returned for bite adjustments, but the pain continued. I was then advised to get an onlay. Looking back, I wish I had gotten a second opinion at that point, but I trusted the recommendation and proceeded. After the onlay, my symptoms became significantly worse, including cold sensitivity, severe pain when chewing, and jaw pain that lasted for over a month. I ultimately sought a second opinion and was told I now need a root canal, and that the work was very close to the nerve and became inflamed. When I contacted the clinic to discuss my experience, I was told the issue may be related to pulp stones. This was frustrating to hear only after going through multiple treatments on the same tooth within a few months. This possibility was not raised earlier, despite several visits and X-rays, and the tooth had no prior nerve issues. I was also very disappointed with the billing. I was initially quoted around $475 after insurance for the onlay, but my total out-of-pocket ended up being $1,050. I was told this was due to insurance paying less than expected, even though the clinic is in-network with my insurance. A difference of this size is not what I would expect from an in-network estimate. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend coming here for dental care and would not trust their estimates.

Let me explain what that means. I have had approximately 1 million appointments at this point, several thousand cavities filled, a couple hundred crowns, a few gallons of novacaine pumped into my face and my teeth are practically bionic at this point. Sadly all my metal fillings have now been removed from my mouth, so I can't tune into B96 by tilting my head in just the right direction anymore. The good news is I no longer have to monitor how the stocks I had my HSA invested in are doing, because its balance is 0!!! I can't say enough about how fun and caring the entire staff is and how responsive they are to whatever is ailing you. I am *so* glad Dr. S is not 64 and about to retire like every other dentist I have found and liked.

And the new dentist has been in my town for over 20 years was awesome. My family member does not have 22 cavities. He has five cavities and only one is bad that is urgently needs to be fixed. Not only did they lie to us they did an unauthorized procedure that we had to pay $1300 for I'm very disappointed in the service I received I felt like I was lied to my other family member feels like she was played and lied to also, I would not recommend this office to anyone unless you wanna be robbed and lied to. While there is nothing 100% certain, his guidance helped me choose the root canal option.
