Rude owners. Rude staff. Not much to do there. It's weird you need to send a picture of your rig, and yourself.

Do Not camp here. I repeat do not camp here. This is the Motel 6 of campgrounds. Sites are not level. I'm up 5 inches on 1 side and still not level. Can't find sewer connection. Someone was supposed to come our and hour ago. Kid in the store totally lost look in the eyes. No customer service. Memorial Day wknd. Glad I only booked 2 nights. I live an hour away. Going home and coming back to get my camper on Sunday since it's paid for. Not gonna tell them abd the let them rent this stop to another disgruntled camper. First time camping here, so my experience is limited about this campground, however we have been camping for 20+ years and have stayed at all variety of campgrounds. Here's my breakdown: Cons: small, unlevel sites, not well maintained. In fact the entire campground is a little sad looking. The map indicates a small section of seasonal, but the majority of the park seemed to be occupied by long term residents. That's not necessarily bad, but few folks were around and it had more the feel of a trailer park. The store is very limited, but did have ice. Pros: Very friendly folks at the store and reservation desk. Nicely located near to Lancaster attractions. Many shady spots and reasonably clean overall. Bottom line, if you just need a place to stay while you see the sites-- this place is fine and inexpensive. But I wouldn't recommend it as a destination in and of itself. read more

We arrived for a 3 night stay. At our site we couldn't find the electrical hookup. After some searching it was in the lot behind us. Our RV electrical cable would not reach. We moved to a second site. This one was so unlevel our two sets of leveling blocks was not enough even with 5 levels high. We then moved to a third site that we picked out and it was all right. The breaker box kept flipping. It appeared it was due to ants in the box. Our water hook up was over 25 feet away. Thankfully we had a long hose. The lots are all gravel and on top of one another. The only good thing we can say is the lady in the office was pleasant and helpful. We paid as much for this out dated park as we do with a KOA. One bathroom for entire park. read more

On Frank's first day he jumped right into the fire and did an excellent job guiding me into a site with my 37 ft fifth wheel on the 1st try! As others watched he explained what speed, direction and when to stop to put me a few inches from the walk out deck. I knew the assignment and followed his three rules- 1. Owners need to review who works for them very rude and harassing campers about dogs. If you don't have a little dog don't go here. They in watch you like a hawk and make you feel uncomfortable. read more

Our maiden voyage with our new Travel Trailer, and since winter does not want to end we decided to dry camp and use the facilities. White Oak staff was very accommodating with us and we where able to use the bathrooms located behind the General Store; was a quick walk from our campsite. Bathroom facilities were a bit dated but workable. We stayed in site #7 along the front row of the property offering an amazing view of mountains, as well as local farms and the roadside where many Amish Buggies were visible. Kids loved being located next to the playground. Only issue we had was the sites are very close together and did not have much room between them. We would definitely stay there again. read more

Spots are too narrow!!! Barely enough room for 31' & picknick table. Neighbors are ridiculously loud & they're not trying to be loud. They're two spots over & it's as though they're sitting next to me. Nope, not coming back. read more

Nice campground. Very clean bathrooms. Beautiful pool area. Great family camping. The staff is friendly and helpful. Camped twice during Summer of 2018. Helped us with a tool part when we needed help on a camper issue. Recommend this campground for a stop while on Lancaster. Lots of horse and buggy activity going down the road where the campground is located. read more

Wow! What an experience we had at White Oak Campground this past weekend. When we made our reservations she told us we would be in the field what she failed to tell us that we would be so close to other campers that we couldn't even open our awning. Let alone social distance. Staff was cool and aloof to us since we weren't seasonal campers. Will never return or recommend! Our neighbors pulled in at 1 am on Friday night. Doesn't look like much when you drive past, and let me tell you, it's not. The campsites are sneezing distance. Not very good space. It's even pet friendly with no dog park? They have the room, don't know why they haven't put a fence up. The owners were not even near our campsite and told us to be quiet because they could hear us all the way down the other side, while walking through our campsite not around. The neighbors even agreed we were not loud at all. They were rude and disrespectful and constantly harassing others about their dogs which were doing no harm what so ever and not an aggressive breed either. And to top it all off, someone got in a bad car accident and they didn't even ask if they were okay, they only cared about being right and telling the cops stories that weren't even true because they weren't even out there to witness it. Piece of shit camp ground. Never going back. They even kicked us out and told us to never come back and they didn't want our service. 10 campsites were ours... needless to say the screwed up. read more

From the repeated attempts to charge a $900 deposit for one night, to the "wooded" site that turned out to be a field. This place was sub par. We couldn't have a site with water because there were none left, from out primitive site we counted 15 sites that had water and electricity and were unoccupied. A bad experience all around, we won't be returning. read more
