We had several incidents happen on my wedding day that would have been catastrophic if Meghan wasn't there to diffuse the situations and get everybody back on track. She is very professional, prompt and she can really follow your vision. When I arrived the day of, everything looked exactly how I imagined it would. Not only did Meghan ensure that our wedding day went smoothly, she was also a pleasure to work with. She makes you feel instantly comfortable and at ease. She also provided me with some great tips at our pre-planning meeting. Meghan is very skilled at coordinating events and my guests could not stop commenting on how amazing she was. I met with her a few times before the wedding, and each time I felt more stressed after talking with her than I did before. On the day of our rehearsal, she double-booked herself. We had previously arranged with her that the rehearsal would start at 6, but she insisted that it was supposed to start at 5:30. She then complained about my pastor and other wedding party members who were late because of a fire. To top it all off, she left around 6:15, which meant that my pastor was forced to run the rehearsal without her (which worked out for the better). In all of the waiting around before we started, she made fun of my family members and was generally rude to everyone. On the day of the wedding, we woke up to pouring rain. I was distraught, as could be imagined with an outdoor wedding. After my bridesmaids and family finally calmed me down, Meghan calls freaking out, asking me what my plans were to deal with the rain. Obviously, this upset me again as she had said that I was not to worry about the rain plans or anything else, especially on the day of the wedding. Everything was worked out by my mom's best friend, who ended up taking on all of the roles that Meghan should have on the day of the wedding. Finally, Meghan just would not leave me alone! She kept talking to me when I was just trying to look around at my wedding, chatting casually with guests instead of working, and did not keep the events of the night moving. I am very disappointed with Meghan's service and hope that others will take my experience into consideration when choosing a wedding planner or coordinator.

I would not recommend working with this company. Morgan is pleasant and often had good ideas, but…read moresummer is extremely abrasive and disorganized such that their visions are not able to be materialized. The thing that really did it for me was their unfair billing practices. They collected a deposit from me for over $3,000, but did not disclose to me that it was non refundable. After a month of working with them and minimal progress being made, I tried to talk to calmly and politely talk with them. Summer was exceptionally rude and confrontational and told me that I don't have to work with them if I don't want to, but they would not be refunding the deposit. They first claimed that the deposit was to secure the date only, but after they received the deposit, they claimed it was to be used towards their own in-house exorbitantly priced rentals. Their ever changing terms and lackadaisical spirit, coupled with Summer's corrosive behavior and vacuous promises made them very unpleasant to work with. This is not how one should run a business. Avoid!

Morgan kindly met us at our venue and we collectively came up with a design and plan. They put together a quote, and collected a deposit to the tune of a few thousand dollars. We then found out that the rental prices were exorbitantly high and they were constantly changing things. The first time they came to our venue, they charged a $65 one-time fee, but then somehow, they added four of these $65 visits even though we didn't ask for that. We found nicer tables for 40% cheaper, better linens for over 100% cheaper, etc. Furthermore, the initial itemized quote that they sent to us had a huge math/addition error to the tune of almost $1,000. This isn't acceptable. We brought all of this up, and this is where summer got involved and things began to go south. They informed us that they do not collaborate with other rental companies and that we MUST use their ridiculously priced rentals. We initially hired these people as planners, we never agreed to exclusively use them for rentals. We had a discussion with summer regarding this, and she was extremely disrespectful and flat out rude. She informed us that they will not be offering a refund, and we could walk away from our deposit and find someone else. The issue is that they did NOT disclose that this was their refund policy and they did not get a contract signed. Communicating back and forth with summer has been excruciatingly painful and exhausting and a total waste of time. We brought on planners for convenience and to streamline our workflow. They are trying to steal from us and engage in unethical business practices and continue to insist that they are entitled to our deposit. I don't recommend anyone do business with them if you want to minimize headache. We went from wanting to make our lives easy and convenient to now having the added burden of dealing with a lawsuit.

Amy was there for us every step of the way, and we truly felt so taken care of the entire time. On the wedding day, I had zero stress because the team handled everything so smoothly. They are genuinely the kindest, most amazing people, and it made such a difference. Our wedding turned out so beautiful and so much fun. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I honestly wish we could do it all over again just because of how perfect the night was. And on top of everything, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. We're so grateful for everything they did!

First of all, how dare you ever tell a bride "no need for a day of coordinator, because we will provide one!" What an absolute joke. I set the tables, the isle was NEVER set up, I was dressed and guests arriving when a friend ran in and said "the isle isn't set up at all!!" IMAGINE BEING IN YOUR DRESS AND RUNNING TO TAKE CARE OF IT. The worst part, there were clouds in the sky so they moved my entire set up from the gorgeous courtyard to this ugly, unevenly paved tent. If I wanted to have my wedding in a tent, I would have had it at a friend's house in the backyard. The "day of coordinators" were late to the Venue and never set the dried lavender up to be tossed as we walked back from the alter. I even went looking for the girl, no where to be found. Finally found her.. in some back room.. looking so stressed. And for what? She didn't do anything.. I moved all the tables myself... I arranged the florals.. I set up the dessert tables... All in all, we put on smiles and I attempted to have a lovely time. Even though I was in full regret from ever deciding to use Tívoli. I needed support, and unfortunately, I never received it from the staff. Also, when people decide to do the family style dinner,(all the different foods on a platter) you should be using FLAT plates. Not raised plates that almost look like pasta bowls. All the food came out smushed together. Imagine waiting 10 years to be married, and then this is your experience... I included a photo for proof. We were there. And no tables in the insanely beautiful courtyard.... The whole reason I traveled 300 miles for this venue.

She was open to our thoughts and ideas, and helped us with these seedlings of ideas - to grow into the most perfect, stunning, unique theme - just for our daughter (and one that appealed not not only 30 teenage girls, but the 100 other adults as well). My daughter and I knew the colors we liked, but we didn't have a true vision, and Pat was instrumental in really getting us all on the same page and developing an eye catching and solid theme. We met her, she asked my daughter questions about her interests, and Pat came up with the most fantastic ideas. As a parent, my big concern was "day of." I wanted to enjoy the Bat Mitzvah and not have to come to the hotel to decorate. I wanted to count on someone to do this, meet with the balloon person, flower person, etc, and so I could just show up with my family. PAT did this! She had it all covered, and I trusted her, and when my daughter and I came, all dressed up and came into the room before the guests arrived, we cried! It looked SO amazing, ,it was EVERYTHING we had talked about and MORE!!!! Finally, ,Pat knew that I was on a budget, and when I told her things like, "I'll figure the furniture for a lounge" since I didn't want to pay the high cost she said "ok." She didn't ever try to push me in any direction, she just goes with the client, and works alongside you, if that is your style. I also know if your style is for her to do it ALL she WILL do it all (I have 2 friends that wanted her to do it all and they said she was AMAZING as well). She works SO HARD, she does not forget ONE DETAIL, she is absolutely amazing. This was our 2nd Bat/Bar Mitzvah, and this was the BEST experience we have ever had!!! If you have a Bat/Bar Mitzvah, a big birthday, a graduation, any type of celebration - big or small that you would like some help, I highly recommend Pat. She will help you with Z PERFECT PARTY!!! She arranged to have delicious food from Fratelli's Italian restaurant, ordered the tables and chairs but most specifically found an Italian bakery where they prepared 275 Italian desserts in addition to the fabulous birthday cake. Honestly, the desserts were just too pretty to eat but they were also delicious. I told her what I had in mind and everything was taken care of. I will most definitely hire her again for any future parties. Everything was professionally done. She even made the sun come out after a week of pouring rain. She and her team are the best!!
