The staff did a great job the day of the party. However, when we had to cut something I had asked for due to time constraints, instead of immediately offering to reimburse me, I had to prove that it was never prepared. We had such a great experience from the very start working with Jamie in coordinating all the details and exploring options and settling on the best one for my daughter's fifth bday party. On the day of, the two party hostesses arrived promptly at 30 minutes prior to the party's start time to get all set up and things went smoothly from there. All of the kids were SO happy with their robes and headbands. So adorable and really set the mood. By far the cutest part was seeing them all lay down with their face masks and cucumbers eye patches. The craft options were fantastic - we provided our own table to put every thing on and it worked out very nicely for functionality, everyone had a space, and knew what materials were theirs, no fighting etc. Our hostesses Ashley and Katherine really went above and beyond to make sure each child got what they needed, including wrangling my three year old son who had wandered away for cake- and did his nails as he sat eating! I booked the services for my daughters 12th birthday party with a total of 6 girls.
