Warning bells! Meal came, tasted absolutely revolting my daughter refused to eat hers and she loves curry. There is a reason the rice is included in the price the meal is so small that you are actually being overcharged! My partner and I both had a bad stomach the next day! If you like proper curry then do NOT go here, they don't sell proper curries, just pre-made, microwaved rubbish.

It has that cosy country pub vibe but with a gorgeous outdoor seating area all kitted out in pale wood. Actually looks like an ideal place for a smaller wedding or an occasion. I didn't have any food here but they pride themselves with a home made menu with lots of traditional pub meals. I saw a few plates get brought out and they were huge! It's all set in a very tastefully restored half timber affair, with the grandfather clock out back still on time since who knows when. I had the fish stew based on a recommendation from James and Simon, a couple of regular patrons who can be found propping up the bar and in a few of South Cheshire's other CAMRA-approved establishments, and indeed, it was delicious. The apartments are very homey, the staff exceeds any I've experienced in the UK. Food is great and I am looking forward to going thru the menu over the next few months. Pub is everything you would want. Great place to have a pint after work with friends, then all the pretty hip people show up later in the night. The location allows easy walking access to really anything you would need and parking is easy and ample.
