I go "I'm confused are you open, why did you answer the phone?" Mind you, I never said book me an appointment today! All I wanted was to book an appointment to clean my house and to see what her schedule was! I'm genuinely confused how someone with this nasty type of energy even has customers. I have no idea how well she cleans houses, but I do know I don't want someone who treats potential customers with that much negative energy anywhere near my house. I feel bad for her I truly do. Mind you, it's New Year's Eve not New Year's Day. I'm working, my wife is working, and not once did I mention I needed a cleaning today... I'm actually in awe that anyone who has a business would answer the phone like that. That's the most unprofessional I've ever been treated in my entire life. As if me wanting to use her business was a burden to her... I truly truly truly wish her the absolute best. But your energy is not going to go unrecognized. Learn to treat people better.
