Owner gets impatient when you don't reply to texts immediately and takes things very personally if you mention something that was missed. Felt like I was walking on eggshells much of the time. Lots of schedule changes (not consistent) and cancellations. I was also not pleased that BEFORE cleaning had occurred for the current month I was already being billed (and had to pay) for the following month just to get on the schedule. When she sent the invoice and you didn't pay it within 3 days (even when the current months cleaning had yet to occur) the owner was constantly texting, expecting me to drop everything and pay it immediately. Once or twice she was grumpy when she had had to resend the bill. This never set well with me. Owner got so upset when i asked to have cleaning changed to be done at the end of each month. Her texts were unkind and came across as very mad. I wanted to figure things out )and said she'd talk it out with me) but I couldn't talk at that exact moment and by the time I got home she had already decided not to clean for me, which was fine as that was what I had planned. This service will do an okay job but sibs found a much better service that goes top notch work (moved carpets and furniture) and when I walk in it is clean as a button.
