She was able to give guidance and preferences but she said they were great independently. They did the job efficiently. I got the oven cleaned and I did visit a few days after and it looked like a brand new oven. I also could tell for the rest of the cleaning like the bathrooms, hardwood floors that they did an excellent job. This was the third company I tried and it really was the charm!

They've always been responsive to either emails or phone calls. The great thing is the the notifications, leading up to the cleaning. I knew when the crews were to arrive so I made sure I was there to meet them. Both crews were not only on time at the start of the arrival window, but everyone was polite. They did an amazing job cleaning both my house and apartment... no surface was missed and with both cleanings, John, one of the owners came over at the end and walked through everything making sure it was done. Also they are flexible in giving custom quotes if you don't even need a whole house cleaned on a regular basis but the ability to add on things as needed. I am glad to be continuing to use their services for regular cleaning!

He said he had a pretty full schedule Saturday, but he would fit us in!!. As promised- Dave showed up Saturday afternoon and he didn't screw around. He brought in his Snake / Auger machine and had the drain clean-out opened and the snake running in just mins. He was all done with the drains and toilets running ok. Dave was on his way in less than 20 mins. After waiting around on this other "big" company for 3 days and Dave got the job done in 20 mins! Dave also has ONE REASONABLE PRICE - No emergency rates and No weekend rates. Just a fair price for a job well done! Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't allow me to respond to a review So in reference to Sara Doyle's aka "Mrs D" poor review, I own Sweep Away Cleaning & very humbled with our 100% recommendations and 5/5 rating. Our policy in the last 15+yrs has always been pymt at time of scheduling to avoid any over booking I unfortunately removed the Doyle family from our schedule as I felt that it was more housekeeping issues (kitchen register vent apparently used as a dustpan, soiled bedding after sheets being changed & expecting my team to change again, overfilled trash cans,not able to access the home on 2 separate occasions day of scheduled cleans) & scheduling issues. Requesting to schedule at the end of the month was never an issue until once scheduled, that became an issue on Mrs Doyle's end. It became impossible on "her terms" & the fact she wasn't our "only" client and best on our part not to continue services for her at that point. I take GREAT PRIDE in our work and very humbled with all our recommendations from clients whether you've had our services one time or recurring cleans with us. No thanks…read more We bought a $12 bag of concrete, took the panels off, set the the previous post back in the new concrete (because it came right out of the ground clean [due to the fence installation co. we hired being inline with so many construction contractors/workers these days, doing half-assed work]), then put the panels back on after the post set. $12 and about 45 minutes worth of work. This isn't work like a doctor does going into surgery - it's taking screws out, mixing concrete (which is less complicated than mixing together ingredients for cake out of a box), aligning your post correctly, then putting the screws back in. $500? Maybe the local car wash should charge $500 to do a basic hand wash on a small vehicle - it's just as complicated.
