The heat pump on my house started operating differently about a week ago. When I called it was…read moreafter hours. A technician called me back within about 10 minutes. I explained what the issue was and what I did to reset the unit. The technician made a note and had the office call me first thing the next morning to save me an emergency call. Within an hour of speaking to the office, I had a technician at my house to check the heat pump. They had to order the part which took a week to get in from the factory. The technician just told me to keep doing what I did to reset the unit if it started to not heat again and if it did not work to call them back right away. As soon as it was in they called me and I had a technician out to make the repair immediately. The issues were a few sensors and a defrost control board went bad. This caused the unit to keep running trying to heat the house. Overall everyone I interacted with at this company was polite and knowledgable. They were responsive to any questions and the technicians were very knowledgable. The price seemed average compared to other companies for the repair. I strongly recommend this company.
