Rudd's tech "Hayden"did a great job with this industrial size water heater. Most recently I contacted Rudd for an estimate on replacing the HVAC duct work in my crawl space. Well little did I know the main Sewage drain had been leaking. My Rudd tech "Steven Ross" was quick with a quote and they replaced my entire drainage system and got it up to code. Steven was very professional and worked extremely hard for two days getting me back on line with our water line. Steven is a very knowledgeable and personable employee. Lastly, the hvac estimate included equipment used for ductless systems, which should have been provided separately with a ductless installation estimate. This appears to be poorly assembled items and expenses meant for customers who lack understanding and knowledge of what constitutes a. HVAC while showing the contractor's lacking knowledge of ductless systems. Lastly, moments after the gentleman left, I got a call from a scheduler asking if I wanted to schedule a visit for 1st quality choice HVAC. Something's amiss.

He cleaned the dryer vent duct and disinfected and sanitized all of the home's ducts. He found that the systems pressure was a bit high and the coolant level was low.
