Worst delivery service !!!!!!!!!!!! Straight bs ! Use to be my go to. After today's experience it's almost every time I order there system has wait time for short time & they take over 70+ minutes to deliver !! read more

There are hits and miss about this club. The brands change a lot, so if you have a certain brand you like no guarantee they will ever get it again, or it can take months for it to come back. I don't like the new ordering system, mainly because I know what I want and I have to wait around until a budtender is free from following a person around while they ask a million questions. Takes forever. It's not their job to read every item for you: use your own eyes and then place your order. Like Starbucks, or any other place. Or just go back to the old system and make it easier on everyone. The prices are great, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, but you don't see them stay long, always new employees. Love the discount between 2-4 pm. read more

Smiling, friendly faces greet you as soon as you walk into the showroom! The staff is eager to help you with your needs even when they are super busy! Over-all great experience at White Fire! (: read more

The budtenders are super sweet and helpful. One thing I don't like is how long curbside pick up takes. On their website it says 30 minutes but I usually have to wait more than 2 hours. I would recommend just going inside. Other than that, the service is quick and organized. Also the sales they have every day of the week are AMAZING! Beet dispensary I've been to in SJ. read more

I recently started going to White Fire and I love it. They have excellence service and helped me find the exact strain I was looking for. I was in there for about 5 minutes and I was rThey move quickly. read more

Been coming here for several times now and I just have to say, the overall ease and atmosphere of the place is great. The service is very friendly and I've always had a pretty awesome time every time I've been there. My most recent visit had me meet Vanessa who quickly helped me look up a cart while giving me a great recommendation at the same time. I plan to come here back daily :) read more

Up until today, this had been my go-to collective. However, ever since the ownership changed hands, customer service has gone downhill. Today was the crux of it all, when my mother-in-law and then myself were lied to by two separate employees. For months, their electronic board inside has been advertising 3 full gram pre-rolls for $20, it's been one of my favorite deals to get. The electronic board *still* advertises it, so my mother-in-law purchased 3 of these deals this morning. When she checked once she got to the car, none of the pre-rolls were full grams. When I called to ask about the discrepancy, I was then lied to by whomever answered the phone (no name was given) that they've never advertised that deal. This abysmal behavior has lost you three customers, one of which had been frequenting your locale several times a week for years. read more

Maaaaaaan!!!!! First off, I am not at all smoker. And have never been to a dispensary. I came to this place at the recommendation of a friend of mine. I have sciatic back pain and I have been doing some research on the pain relief possibilities of CBD oil. As soon as I came through the front doors, I was happily greeted as I confessed that this was my first time. The guy asked me for my ID then directed me through the doors as he yelled "Make sure you tell them it's your first time!" And I did! Lol! I was immediately greeted by Page! As she started to point out to me all the different things that the dispensary had the offer, I felt a little bad having to cut her off in the middle of her presentation to let her know that I was there for something specific. (sorry Page ). But as soon as I let her know what I was there for, she was super attentive to my need. She not only made it very comfortable for me being it was my first time to dispensary but she went completely out of her way to make sure that I had exactly what I needed. Thank you so very much for that Page! This place is Absolutely the Bizzness! Very comfortable, and very welcoming! I am an Executive Chauffeur, and my job takes me a lot of places, and I must say.... This is absolutely one of the coolest places I've ever been to!!! Thx White Fire and Thx Page!!! read more

I usually don't write Yelp reviews but I've been to other dispensaries and this one is still my fav :) It's super quick & there's always friendly staff around. S/o to Riley who is always eager to help & answer any questions I have! read more

I had a terrible experience with the manager at White Fire this morning. Heighth of coronavirus crisis, I ordered online from WF, went to pick it up. Not clear on the exact process for pickup, so thought I had to go inside. Security guard outside said nothing to me as I walked by him. Neither employee inside had a mask on. Manager rudely explained I needed to go outside to do pickup, even though my order was ready. We had a bit of a back and forth (I explained that a better explanation on the website, better signage outside and a more proactive security guard outside to direct folks, instead of just sitting there, would be helpful. As I was leaving, he smart-assedly asked me if there was anything more he could do for me.....I suggested that he and his employee should both be wearing a mask. I went outside, he brought me my order, now wearing a mask that is not covering his nose, just his mouth. He condescendingly said to me he gave me a 20% discount and also said I was just taking out my overall frustrations out on him. We went back and forth a bit more, as I'm walking away, he asks me "Are you married?". I said no, he says (as he is laughing) "I didn't think so." What? I stalked off muttering to myself. turns out I'm not presently married, as I am a widower. I will never go back.....this manager (I didn't get his name) was condescending, ageist and was truly insensitive. And they should be all be wearing masks Not very professional, especially when compared to other dispensaries in the area. not recommended. read more

Been coming here for years and the service was great. Today the wait was an hour to get my medicine. I'm so glad you are now only catering to potheads instead of those that need it for medical reasons. I will never be returning. Worse than a pharmacy. read more

Lately, white fire has really been lacking in the way they provide both customer service and also accurate information to their customers. As someone who has been purchasing items from them for years (when Safeway use to give out coupons for white fire on the back of their receipts), the way they are doing things has drastically changed. Their curbside pickup is often super busy and heavily neglected, with their wait time usually being more than 10-15 minutes to even have someone pick up your ID and another 5-10 minutes for your order which was already put through and confirmed on their site. When they have promos online, you need to call and verify that they even have stock of that promo, because it has happened to me multiple times, where the promo is still online but when you get there they have run out and they just say sorry. The "help" they provide in regards to the inventory they have is severity lacking with multiple employees telling you different things throughout the day, and no one assuming responsibility for the wrong information they provide. If you buy a cartridge and ask about the battery you have and whether or not it works, check before you leave, as they will assure you it works, and then when it doesn't, deny you return because apparently they only accept "defective materials". Rather than providing a solution all they say is sorry that someone gave you the wrong info, but we can't really do anything about it to rectify the mistake. It's frustrating to see a place that used to be excellent, succumb to inferior service. Caliva on 7th street is much more organized and also provides a better inventory of materials. The only thing that white fire does have in its favor, is relatively inexpensive items that are pretty good in terms of quality. read more

The White Fire staff are truly amazing. Knowledgeable, communicative and so helpful. I had a wonderful experience with J.P. I got say I've only been here a few times and in those times I've had some horrible service with the front desk lady. I've been a long time customer over three years now and I like almost everything bout this club pricing is decent until they wanna force a tip on to the price . I got some house shatter yesterday usually always 20 half gram but two of the girls from the afternoon shift tried to up it to 25 . Yeah it's just 5 dollars but this isn't the first time they try to pull that and it's usually the same people. She's tall white blonde skinny sorry don't remember her name read more

I came in here for some gummies. They have a great selection and the employees are very knowledgeable about the products.

This is by far the most helpful staff I've been to at a collective. They actually ask you what youre looking for instead of giving you the thousand mile stare. Flowers are top notch and a plethora of edibles to choose from. Easy check in and they normally have vendors giving away free merch. Everyday equals some type if deal. Go here. Now! read more

This place is hella tight, they have all kinds of cool stuff in there and they have something that's adorable for everyone, always have specials going on, venders come to the spot sometimes, the wait is never that long, even if so, their waiting area is nice, the budtenders are girls, they know somethings about product, they're all pretty. It really is a great place read more

I used to come here all of the time. I bought the wrong type of cartridge here & tried to return it UNUSED. They wouldn't refund me it even though it was clearly brand new & I went there all the time. On top of it all, they can be hecka slow & don't keep their products well stocked...constantly running out of stuff! I won't go back again. read more

If I could give them no stars I would! Chubby white girl was being rude for absolutely no reason. We weren't in the lines when we parked in the curbside but mind you it was a Monday 7/25 when I came it wasn't busy she could of at least told us to move nicely but no she had the audacity to smack her lips and tell us to move Bc we were on the other line. Anyways I had been coming a few times and I never had an issue with bringing friends with me in the curbside pick up. Friday 7/29 I come back again for curbside pickup and someone took my ID from me then someone else came I think maybe he was the manager he gave me my ID back with my order but then he said an employee marked that I brought a child when I didn't I just came with my friend which she so happened to be driving the last time I came when the rude chubby girl told us to get out of the other lane which was just 3 days before going back again on Friday I told the guy I did not bring a child and then he said okay then and let me get my cart, he never mentioned that I would be banned. On 8/1 I did a walk-in order only to find out that apparently I'm banned like what? Why couldn't y'all say this the last time I had came? I'm pretty sure that chubby girl said that my friend was a child she was the driver and never once asked for her ID to verify her age it's not like she was the one picking up the order, the order was mine & I'm clearly over 21. I don't understand why give people a hard time like if she really hates her job that much then why is she working there then? Her being rude to customers affects the company getting business. read more

This place is seriously the best. Very friendly staff, decent prices, easy access from the highway, lots of parking, in and out fairly quickly. I've been here a handful of times so far and I can't bring myself to go elsewhere now. Price discount on cartridges (if you buy more than 1) so this will continue to be my number 1 spot! Pretty good selection of flower but sometimes the trim work isn't the greatest, but I find myself going here time and time again. They have fresh selection. White Fire really disappoints me. 18 dollar grams for some super dry "Purple Punch". And only 10 percent thc .. I was breaking up the flower and thank God I used my hands because it was so dry and it would've turned into dust if I would've put it in the grinder. Taxing and the flower is not even worth it. Don't have a problem with the place per se, but I hesitated to use the credit card reader there because it looked weird, I haven't seen one similar to it before. I guess I rationalized it to myself and used it anyway, the very next day someone ran up 1000$ in atm cash advances in Studio City on my card, I don't use this particular card very often, almost never use my PIN, and to get an ATM to dispense cash, whoever skimmed my info must have gotten my PIN. This is the only place I can think of where I used the PIN on that card. So be cautious. read more

During my latest visit to white fire collective I was pleasantly surprised to see that store managers chris and Stephanie , along with the entire staff are transitioning to the recreational sales as well as to be expected under the new laws and set forth by California.
