Three weeks ago we asked them to come out to fix our generator. They could not come right away so made an appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment they did not come, nor did they call. We had to call them. We called and they could not come out the next day so we scheduled for the next week. Being proactive, we called them on the day they were to come out, and they said once again they would not be able to come out for that appointment. When they finally came, they charged more than they said they would charge for the trouble shoot, $280. They were to get the price of the parts they needed to fix it and call us. They did not call us, we had to call them. They said that we would have to pay for the parts he thought would be needed even if it turned out they were not needed. They charge an hours worth of labor for every drive out to the house. They are undependable in their scheduling and with what they say it will cost for a troubleshoot.

Excellent Service - Fast, Friendly, and Professional! We…read morerecently hired Dillion Stewart at South East Coast Electric to change out our old service panel, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the first phone call, he was warm, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the process clearly. When it came time for the work, he showed up right on schedule and got straight to it. I was honestly surprised by how quickly and efficiently everything was done--especially considering it was a full multipanel replacement! Not only did he finish the job faster than expected, but the quality of the work was top-notch. Everything was clean, organized, and up to code. It's rare these days to find a service professional who is not only skilled but also genuinely kind and respectful in your home. I highly recommend Dillon Stewart to anyone needing electrical work done--especially if you want it done fast and with a smile. Thanks again for such a great experience!
