Getting through security was super fast. Gate A, has a few good dining spots including a sushi restaurant that was open when I got there at 10 am and a Starbucks. There are a good number of tables in the middle any they all have outlets.

American Airlines is in Terminal B, luckily we were able to make the connections. Had our gates next to each other, a short walk, didn't have to run! Due to LAX construction, we left 15 minutes late, but the incoming plane from La Guardia was a bit tad late also, so we were able to even wait a bit till boarding. Didn't explore the airport much. But it's clean, lots of seating at the gate, nice staff. Used the restrooms, clean as well, water fountain. Food options around. Didn't need it, but I could have gotten something. Smaller runaway, not as busy, so if you have a tight connection, Indianapolis airport it's worth the risk being on a smaller side!

He arrived early both ways, and responded quickly to my text messages. Limo was clean, new, and comfortable. He didn't race along, just went with the flow of traffic, felt nice and secure on I-94 & the Dan Ryan. Coming back from the trip, our train was 4 hours late arriving. William kept in communication with us via text, and was right there when our train finally got in. Price was considerably less than the other two limo companies that I got quotes from. Also, originally we were going to get picked up from Chicago Union Station, and we changed it to Homewood two days before before we left. There was no charge, and the person on the phone at Americar shuttle changed the reservation quickly, courteously, and no change in price. They seem very flexible and customer oriented.

I should receive gratuity back as well. Will tell everyone I can.

The staff was extremely welcoming here, unlike in my state of New York. They make Uber/Lyft pick-up very simple and place labels and arrows everywhere, unlike New York! All and all, I was very happy with my experience here.

Wish United could have coordinated that better since 15 or so people on our flight did this connection, but I get that it's sometimes luck. The part of the airport that connects terminals is SO COOL! It's like an art museum down there! At our new gate, no food places were open at 9pm other than McDonalds and a grab and go. A little bit of a bummer. The boarding felt really unorganized. Nobody knew where to go and there were multiple doors and they kept changing the rules. But honestly, I feel like this chaos is almost to be expected when flying internationally. Overall I'm not dying to go back to this airport but wasn't overly offended or annoyed by anything either. Usually I love or hate airports, but this one was kinda eh.
