Oddly I had very little muscle atrophy, a blessing! Went to the Orthopedic Doc had the usual X-ray then Mri with the result being 2 tears and 2 stable. I found this out at the 5 week mark. All the while staying active walking doing floor excises even using bands and jumping rope! To eliminate associated pains caused by this injury and my activity Dr. Troy was a God send!
