His intuitive hands on adjustments with a drop table including extremities is what I was used to. Dr. Troy has helped me through the years with migraine relief, forward head posture, popliteus/ankle/hip bursitis rehab, KT taping, whole food supplements for everyday/migraines/colds/allergies/triathlon training, cupping, tooling to remove scar tissue, annual detoxing, maintenance care, and in-home exercises. I had a great experience w/ Dr. Troy. He's very skilled and the visit was admirably efficient; even as a new patient, I got in and out quickly. He is the most thorough doctor I have ever been too. I was in an accident and suffered from excruciating hip pain. My whole pelvis was rotated and I couldn't get any relief. I was at my wits end when I came to lifeworks. I visited Lifeworks because I was having some minor back and neck pain. Dr. Troy was very nice and attentive when it came to discussing my issues. He did a thorough exam and explained what my plan of care would be. After the first visit i felt a difference and got exponentially better every time I came back. Exceptional staff and service. Dr. Troy and his massage therapist have helped my husband's pain greatly. He's been plagued with chronic foot and shoulder issues for years. After being scanned by Dr Troy he then fit him in orthotics for his shoes. The pain is now completely gone! My husband saw Lauren for a number of sessions for his shoulder. Nope not ever......was my opinion about ever using a chiropractor. After my 4 th year of using Lifeworks I was truly mistaken. I have increased my flexibility, relieved neck tension and have made significant strides on correcting my posture. The massage team is VERY effective. I came to Dr. Troys office because I was suffering from neck pain and tennis elbow. I play daily and was worried that my injuries might hold me back in the upcoming tournament. He was able to get me in the day of and had my xrays ready to view the next day. He has incredible knowledge about the whole body and even did some physical therapy.
