I always order doubles with mustard and ketchup and extra pickles and it seems to be too much for the machine. I just wait the 30 seconds and am transferred to an employee who always gets my order right on the first go. Seems like they're spending dimes to save nickels though. When we get to marysville we love to stop here. The service is always on point. Always asking me questions make sure I get what I want. We went through the drive thru so we don't get the ambiance from inside. But the sliders are always on point. They did get rid of my impossible sliders , but I tried the chicken sliders with the Dijon mustard was so filling and delicious. read more

Ok, if one orders correctly... 1921 (cheese) burger sliders, and Onion Chips this can EASILY be a 5! They have hit that sweet spot where they cook accurate White Castle food. I've never been a fan of White Castle. It used to be the only place open 24 hours, so I had to shove them down sometimes. Now, there are many options. I came here because, well, it was handy and quick, and I've tried just about every other place in Marysville. Gave them another chance. I had low expectations, and they were met. Sliders: I don't know why people crave them. Incredibly thin "burgers" of grey meat, on a bun that gets mushy and collapses. The watery onion flavor is a low point, not a high point, for me. My first one I barely choked down. I added my usual burger toppings, mayo and ketchup, to the second. They helped, but still, blah. Next I tried a "savory grilled bbq chicken" slider. It was better, but not much. The bun held up better, the chicken was generic, as was the sauce. Finally, a chicken breast slider. This wasn't bad, with better chicken, and I should have gotten several of them. I did add the corn dog "nibblers," and these were pretty close to festival-type corn dogs, if you're into that (I am.) I dipped them in ketchup and honey mustard sauce, but even plain they were good. There's nothing healthy here to eat. Well, there is the veggie slider, but if it bears the same relationship to vegetables that a normal slider bears to beef... Besides, no one on a diet is going to White Castle. The vaunted sweet tea was slightly sweet, and very watery. The service was super good and friendly. The place was messy and there were flies. I can't imagine ever going back, to any White Castle. If you want a slider, so many places have them now, and much better. Even Steak and Shake's are far better. For really good small burgers, go to Crabill's in Urbana. read more

I'm from the west coast and have heard how good White Castle is. I've had their frozen sliders from a store and was not impressed, so I had really low expectations. Even with low expectations, I was still really disappointed. This food has absolutely no flavor. When you smell the food in the bag all you smell is heat and cardboard. The patty is flavorless, extremely thin and grey. The buns are mushy and absorb a bunch of grease. The jalapeno cheese had no flavor, just a tiny bit of spice. The onions had no flavor, my friend thought they were hash browns and he hates onions. I ordered 6 sliders, I was only able to force down two. The fries were ok. The service was great and the store was clean. I am appalled at how White Castle is so popular and has survived 100 years offering this bland of food. I have heard about how good White Castle sliders were, for many years but just never got around to visiting one. Well, we did visit the white castle in Marysville, Ohio, what a disappointment. These sliders are far from good, if fact I can't think of a burger that I have ever had that was less good! The burger was tasteless, the buns were fresh, the fries were OK. The place was clean, the staff friendly. Unfortunately clean and friendly can't make up for an overpriced, tasteless slider. White Castle needs to do much better, We will never come back! read more
