FRENCH FRIES WITH CHEESE, ORIGINAL SLIDER, CHICKEN RINGS.
    Steven J.

Sometimes White Castle is good, sometimes it's gross. We were starving after a busy day, it was late at night, and White Castle was one of the only options to DoorDash. Everything was good. Not super fresh, but warm at least. Definitely not anything award winning, but WC does hit the spot at times.

I love White Castle, like absolutely love it. I could eat a White Castle for breakfast or lunch or dinner. We recently went in for lunch and had some coupons and decided to try the Sloppy Joe slider. Really White Castle... This was such a disappointment. It had like a spoonful of sloppy Joe's smashed in it, and was mostly all bread. I absolutely would not recommend this. But for the rest of our meal, our original white castles were delicious

The South has Bojangles, the Northeast has Friendly's and the West Coast has In-N-Out, but the Midwest has White Castle. So as I was driving through at lunchtime, I made a pit stop here to pick up a handful of sliders to enjoy on the road. Yep, they taste just like I remember. This crew seemed well organized and had everything under control. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean for a weekday mid-afternoon. Two complaints. The parking lot here is a bit of a maze. And while my fries had an appropriate amount of salty goodness, they weren't hot. I can't explain the one at the bottom of the box that was beyond crispy - it was incinerated.

    They finally offer K-Cups

I love a good cup of coffee and believe it or not, White Castle serves up a good cup of java. Ever since I bought my Keurig coffee machine, I have commented that I wish WC would sell their blend in K-Cups. My wish has come true and it seems everyone else had the same wish. It took me three visits to different White Castle restaurants before I found one who wasn't sold out. The Kirkwood location has a huge glass display case of all the retail items White Castle offers and I was so excited to see a box of K-Cups being featured. When I requested a box for my very own, the cashier responded, "I hope we have some in back." I heart sank when she returned empty handed, but I quickly had a smile on my face when she walked around the counter and said, "Let me see if this is a full box or just a display." Sure enough, it was factory sealed and full of K-Cups and she sold it to me. The Kirkwood restaurant may now be missing their display of a hot new item, but they demonstrated good customer service. When I need another box, I will be sure to come back to this location.

Woosh...had to travel from Texas to get a fresh one. The jalapeño cheese is actually hot. The smoked cheddar is smokey. Sliders were excellent. The staff was crazy good. (Start people at $10 n give raises) Quick great service!

    Garbage food

This location served me undercooked fries with cold cheese sauce and the chicken rings only came with 5 when its supposed to be 6. I didnt even eat the 6 cheeseburgers i payed for for fear of those also being undercooked as well. I threw away 25 dollars worth of food tonight. I dont even want a refund. Im just disgusted with this bs.

Nice comfort food with orders of many small snackable burgers that have tasty grilled onions and French fry and onion ring side options.

We were 11th in line when we signed up, and by the time we arrived, we had moved up to 5th. Since it was raining, we decided to wait in the car. When we reached 3rd in line, we were unexpectedly removed from the waitlist. I tried calling the phone number listed on Yelp, which was the same number displayed on the building, but it went straight to what sounded like a personal cellphone voicemail. We decided to go inside anyway and discovered the waitlist wasn't necessary because there were plenty of tables available. The menu had a lot of interesting options, although I wish it included photos of the dishes. We ordered the Hawaiian Bowl, the Truffle Burger, and what I believe was the Blueberry Jam Burger, along with regular fries and sweet potato fries. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and each bun was stamped with the Circle 7 branded logo, which was a nice touch. The Hawaiian Bowl was delicious and generously portioned. I had enough left over for another meal. The atmosphere is definitely more of a sports bar than a traditional restaurant. Every wall seemed to have multiple TVs, making it easy to watch the soccer matches from just about anywhere in the dining room. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and checked on us several times throughout the meal. Before leaving, we couldn't decide on just one dessert, so we ordered the dessert sampler. The cobbler was the standout--it tasted homemade, especially the crust, and all of the desserts were served with ice cream. The only disappointment was the brownie, which was quite hard instead of soft and fudgy. Overall, we enjoyed the food and the service. The only downside was the confusing Yelp waitlist experience, which could definitely use some improvement.

We had a trainee as our waitress, who was just okay. Friendly enough but failed to inform us that food would take over 45 minutes after ordering due to large parties inside, and she failed to keep us informed during the wait. The more senior waitress waitress to our table was better after she realized what was happening. (We had two young children at our table who were getting hungry and restless!) Food was fine. I ordered the Cajun Benedict, which didn't taste particularly Cajun. I think it was just the andouille sausage that made it Cajun. The portion size was good, and it tasted fine. My kid ate a few slices of her pizza as well, which is a good sign. Overall, just an okay experience. I'd return but not going out of my way to do so.
