If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order that was due to be ready in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I had to ask if they even received my order, the employee stated yea but we have to serve in restaurant customers first. 4 orders were placed at the counter starting approximately 5 minutes after I placed my order and all of them were served first. Once I finally did receive my order(10 sliders, a chicken slider, and a side) I asked for honey mustard, they gave me 2, I asked for 8 more and they proceeded to give me 2 more at a time with me continuing to ask for more. Then when I started to eat the sliders they were so salty they were not edible. No amount of sauce can cover up the extreme amount of salt dumped on my burgers. Not to mention the buns were all wet and soggy. At least the side was decent and edible. read more

We went on 24 May 2025, Saturday at 10:30pm. First off, food was hot, and what you would expect from WC. What was horrible, was the young man at the drive thru. I have no idea why WC would put the unfriendliest person to work in any position to interact with customers. He is VERY RUDE, no class, and I'm guessing he was never taught any manners. After speaking to him kindly with nice gestures on several occasions, he just kept continuing to ignoring and being rude. We own several food establishments and I would NEVER hire anyone that makes my customers feel any other way than good about their purchase. His attitude definitely needs discipline or to be fired. This place can get pretty busy, especially in the drive-through. If there are more than three or so cars ahead of you in line, my experience has been that you're in for a moderate wait time. Occasionally, I'll go in, and I have to say they keep the dining area fairly clean. What more can you say, it's traditional, white Castle, sliders, and when you're in the mood, you're in the mood. The team that was working at White Castle tonight did a PHENOMENAL job! The person who was taking drive thru orders was pleasant and kind, and had a great personality! His employee number was #1554. When I got to the window he had a pleasant smile and the team that was in view was doing an outstanding job. Everyone was working and doing a great job getting orders out in a timely manner. Most times when I go to other drive thrus, despite personnel shortages, you see goofing off, people on phones and overall unprofessionalism, but the team at White Castle tonight was working harmoniously, focused on getting out orders and the person on the window had a pleasant personality. I will definitely visit this location more frequently because despite the personnel shortages at restaurants, you all have a solid night team at the Collinsville location, and they need to be publicly praised. Please make sure the GM tells them of this glowing review and if you can, GIVE THEM RAISES! Fast food is a hard and thankless job and this team did an outstanding job and should be recognized for it. Stopped by late tonight because it was the only place open. Drive through was lit up. Line wrapped around the building. No one took my order when I got to the order board so, like others ahead of me, I decided to drive around to the window after a few minutes of sitting there with no answer from the speaker. I thought maybe the system was out and they just hadn't had time to put up a "drive around to the window to order" sign up yet. Drove around and found they'd all gone home and someone had slapped a "we're closed, someone will be here at 7AM" sign on the window. Hopefully everyone is ok and it wasn't a serious incident that caused them to leave the store unmanned. The one star is for the rudeness of leaving the menu board light on and not having had the courtesy to have put a sign in the drive through to let people know when they're not open. read more

I complete my order (they had calamari!) or so I thought, when the clerk's voice comes back through the speaker box, "Do you want cheese on those [fries]?" .... "Uh...
