As I approached the area to purchase the Dubai chocolate strawberries, two employees looked directly at me and did not acknowledge me at all. No greeting, no "someone will help you," nothing despite making clear eye contact. Meanwhile, a white couple was actively being helped at the same time. Being ignored like that is not only unprofessional, it is disrespectful. All customers deserve to be acknowledged and treated with basic courtesy. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is unfortunate given that I've been a repeat customer. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses customer service expectations so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

He was thorough and patient with my endless questions. He is very well suited to his job. They have all sorts of items in this quaint shop. They have cheese, jams, jellies, bread, eggs, kitchen equipment. From outside the shop, it does not appear to be very large inside and it isn't necessarily large.. just well packaged. The meat selection is vast... beef, pork, buffalo, chicken, lamb.... in every configuration you can imagine. They have steaks, ground meat, jerky. I learned so much just talking to Brian.
