I contacted the staff and talked to Nikki there. Fortunately she had it saved for me. She took it upon herself, on her time off and on her dime, to send the card express mail to me where I was at so that we would not have to make a trip all the way back for it. I can't say enough about customer service when it is above and beyond!! Thanks to Nikki our vacation was not a complete disaster. Thank you so much!

The Mosby Pour Boy is much nicer than the Liberty, MO station. This location is usually packed with…read morepeople, fountain drinks are always stocked, coolers for the most part are kept clean and full, depending on who's working. The bathrooms are much cleaner; even the men's bathroom! The managers are this store are nicer and more involved with their customers and their employees, they always have a good amount of cooked food freshly prepared for customers, the floors are clean, the parking lot and gas pumps are trash free, the store smells good when you walk in. Now, for the bad: there is a women that works there who is obviously on drugs (and I'm not just saying that; I actually witnessed her making a drug deal while working), she is constantly on her phone texting and calling her friends while helping customers, which I think should not be allowed. If I'm a customer and you're the employee, I should come before whoever is on the other side of that prepaid phone in your ear. Sorry, but I won't even walk up to the counter while talking on the phone, and I'm not even the one that works there. Another thing about this particular woman, I could hear her talking very badly about ALL of the other employees - right in front of customers.... not just complaining about one thing that one employee did, she was naming all of the "backstabbing w****s there", and that "they never do anything besides stir up drama".. unless she was talking about herself, it would be difficult to believe a word that woman says. Just saying.. So, the store is nice, cheaper than everywhere else because of no city tax, but the employees are horrific. Keep your childrens' ears covered when you hear the employees talk; it's as if the only word they know is the F word.
