BEST cigar lounge in all of Rhode Island bottom line and I could easily make this my everyday spot. The people are some best friends I could have made in a quick minute. Ownership is wonderful and they had everything I expect in a top location from Jaime Garcia Toro Gordo, Alec Bradley Magic Toast (underrated smoke), Padrón (to many to name), La Flor and even Liga Privada Dirty Rat (delicious smoke). I love my cigars like my women bold, full of body and lots character. White Ash supplies with me both lol jk but seriously great spot and best of ALL of Rhode Island. Last thing I'll add.. they have great prices. Thank you for the wonderful experience and I look forward to many more.

Really enjoyed myself! What a great place with great people. Great music and a good cigar selection. Even tho I'm in Patriot territory they welcoming me as family tho I'm a Cowboy! Next time I'm in The Area White Ash will be my stop. Much love and respect.

    Walk-in humidor with decent selection

The bartender was great and the cigar selection is such that anyone passing through would have no problem finding a quality stick.

If you're looking for a pack of cigarettes or "smoking accessories" this may be a good place. I'm…read morenot sure why anyone would go to a specialty smoke shop for cigarettes rather than the corner store - but maybe the prices are great or something. I came here looking for cigars when I happened to be in the area. I'm not sure if there are better cigar shops in the immediate vicinity, but I can't recommend this place for stogies. They do have a walk-in humidor, but they don't have much of a selection. The prices are a bit higher than I'm used to paying at much better smoke shops. While this is definitely a step up from buying dried out cigars at the drug store, it's nothing like going to Red Carpet or Smoke down in RI. The service was nonexistent. Forget about a knowledgeable shopkeeper with a passion for cigars who can recommend something you'll like - here you get a 7/11 style twentysomething who doesn't look up from their phone the entire time you're in the store. If you ask a question, don't expect them to understand or be able to answer you. All in all I'd say it was just a mediocre tobacco shop, rather than a true a cigar shop and let it go at that. But the piece-de-resistance is that after I bought three cigars, I asked for matches and the counter girl said they didn't give out matches. I had to buy them. Since I didn't have cash on me and had already paid with my card, I decided to just skip it. I've been to cigar shops all over this country - this is the only time one has ever let me leave without matches. Ever.

Pretty good cigar shop overall…read more Pros: -They have at least a couple smokes from most of the brands I like. They've got some Romeo y Julieta, Rocky Patel, and Ashton. -The prices are reasonable. -It's a short walk away from downtown North. -The guy is friendly. Cons -The selection isn't great, particularly when it comes to cigarillos. -The cigars aren't properly humidified, despite being in a small walk-in humidor. I suggest going for the ones in the tubes. -There's too much stuff behind the counter. They should replace half of that inventory with more cigars that you can browse. -The lady seems like she'd rather be somewhere else. Friendly, but not gregarious. -It lacks that old, classy, Leavitt & Peirce vibe. Solid neighborhood smoke shop, if you know what you're looking for.

They had a buffet for around $30 which included food and pastries the options looked really good. I had a white sangria which was good. They have a bar area and tables near the bar along with a whole other section. The bartender was pleasant, you can tell he gets his regulars. They have karaoke on Friday nights and on Wednesdays music trivia bingo night. Multiple TV's. I parked in the front street parking so I can't remember if they have a parking lots. My friends said they go there often and really enjoy it. Nice laid back very casual vibe...

I ordered the Chicken Francaise, described as "flour breaded, egg-dipped, sautéed chicken cutlets with a lemon-butter and white wine sauce, served with jasmine rice and greens." Unfortunately, the dish delivered bore little resemblance to that description. The "greens" appeared to be little more than a handful of bagged grocery store salad mix dumped onto the plate, complete with brown, wilted lettuce. It was unappetizing to look at and ultimately inedible. The chicken itself was bland and flavorless. Rather than the bright, balanced lemon flavor that Chicken Francaise is known for, the overwhelming taste was simply butter. The sauce lacked the smooth, velvety texture traditionally associated with a good francaise sauce and seemed hastily prepared. The jasmine rice was equally disappointing. It had none of the fragrant, floral qualities that distinguish jasmine rice from ordinary white rice. It tasted like plain boiled rice with no seasoning or character. At nearly $24, I expected a much higher-quality meal. This was, without question, the worst dish I've had here and felt like a complete miss from the kitchen. The one bright spot of the evening was the cocktail. I ordered the Pear Flower Martini, and it was absolutely excellent--perfectly balanced, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The bar program continues to impress and was easily the highlight of the meal. One additional disappointment was learning that the restaurant adds a 3% surcharge for credit card payments. While I understand businesses have the right to offset processing costs, this was not pointed out when the check was presented. I only learned about it because I specifically asked. I was told the charge is removed if you pay with cash or a debit card. Transparency matters, and this should be clearly disclosed when guests receive their bill rather than requiring them to notice and question it themselves. I hope this was simply an off night because the quality of this meal was nowhere near what I've come to expect from this restaurant.

I found most people to be cold and un attentive down here ... and then there was this place! They alwaysss great you and i love that!! They are also so good at knowing if you need help or when to leave you alone, which is an art form. They are all knowledgeable about what they carry, when it will be in, etc. Flash forward to covid - they offer delivery, curbside and in store; which is impressive for a tiny family business! They also leave the door wide open on nice days so you don't need to touch the handles and the place gets aired out! I will be honest and they don't have the cheapest prices, but that's only to be expected in a small family business. But they treat you like an old friend even if you haven't been there before and they are always happy. I will always choose a family business and good customer service and knowledge
