Wowee what a car wash! Not only did it remove all the yucky bugs from my road trip, but the staff…read morewere so friendly and helpful! Their free vacuums and Mat Wizard worked fantastic, so both the interior and exterior of my car are spotless! Also, they have this compressed air pump thing at every vacuum stall which is incredibly handy. Never seen this at a car wash before, and it's a great idea. Another unique thing about this car wash is the conveyor belt design. This way the width of my tire doesn't matter, and there's no risk of damaging my rims. This attention to detail was thoughtful; making a wash for any car hassle-free. Not to mention they recycle their water which assures me that this company is dedicated to "clean" in multiple ways. Their water conservation efforts showcase their commitment to being responsible and reducing their ecological impact--a factor that's important to me as a customer. Aside from the great price, customer service, and clean, I loved their vibrant design :) This car wash is on another level, and I can say without a doubt that I'll be back soon!

Be aware: if your car is more than 3 years old and Wash Masters damages it, they wont fix it…read more After running my car through the Sherman Wash Masters I found that the chrome on my hatch release button was missing. I went back the next day and the attendant handed it to me, stating he'd found it in the tunnel on yesterdays cleanup. Clearly then this was removed by the washing process. The attendant gave me the email address where I could enter a claim to have the damage repaired. To my dismay, the email I got back stated "vehicles more than three (3) years old are not covered for damage claims". It was claimed that this was "posted signage at our facility", however when I went back I couldn't find anything posted that stated a 3 year age limit on damage repairs. If your car is more than 3 years old, Wash Masters will not fix any damage they do to it.

And most of all, a very inappropriate comment, so much that if my husband was with me, someone would be hurt and he may be in jail. No lady should be hearing that from a place of business. I'll keep my car dirty before ever returning here. If I could do a NO STAR. I would.

The worker went ahead and charged my credit card again even though I had the membership until the end of the month. I asked why did he charge it again when I already have a membership and he told me I can still use the old one, but in reality, I have two for the same car. He told me to come back the next day to have my credit card credited. Which I did and was told that it had to go through customer service. They have sent two emails and I have called customer service. My credit card still has not been credited the $27. Worst customer service and because of this I'm now canceling all our memberships that we have on our three cars today.
