Went to get my car washed today looked like they were very short staffed today. I paid $33.00 for the package i picked. On a scale of 1 to 10 the outside was a 7 but the inside was a 4, all the door windows were half cleaned lots of lint and not wiped around the edge of the glass. Never toiched the back glass at all. Floor mats still wet and dirty and center console was barley touched. Will probley not go back again. For the cost of the package i paid for i was really not happy. read more

We were completely satisfied with the job they did. Our truck was filthy inside and put and came out looking like new agaon.

First off, They where really rude. It was my first time to this place so I was trying to figure out what "package" I wanted, I asked which one will have them vacuum and clean the interior and they did a terrible job. I have a heavy shedding German Shepherd and It doesn't look much different than when I try to vacuum it myself. It seemed like they only excessively wiped shiny stuff on it so that every thing is oily now and nothing is cleaned. read more

Not bad. Not amazing. Missed a few spots on my interior, I'm not a huge fan of the oily residue left over after they detail your interior- it looks nice, but that oil gets on everything it touches- leaves smears on touchscreens and such. Staff were friendly and got me through in a reasonable amount of time with a heavy flow of other customers. read more

I took a truck and car in their yesterday to be wash. Did the WORKS on both cars $34.00 plus a piece for the two vehicles. Let me say I know this was a weekend before a Holiday. But they did not have a clue on how to handle that many customers. They had so many vehicles going into the wash that when they stop at the end of the wash no one was moving them. "We are looking out the window and our car is stop here comes another car and needless to say ran into the back of our car." As I said not a clue! They did not do the cars in order after coming out of the wash station (water spots and soap drying on the vehicles). But that was not the only problem with our vehicles, the front of the truck didn't look like it had been wash. Bugs still all over the front, the windows (same on car) on the inside not clean and dash oily. "Went back into office; they sent a so call manager out which was a joke." Rubbed the bug shield in a couple of spots and told a women doing wipe down on another vehicle to finish cleaning the bugs off the bug shield and walk off. The front of the truck still looking like it had never been throw the wash. She wipe a couple of spots and said its okay and walk off. "So if you want a good car wash and to get your money's worth go somewhere else". From now on I'll take our vehicles to McKinney where I know I will get what I paid fore. Great job! I needed an inspection and I took the car to Whistlestop. Very efficient! The inspection was done in the small building on the south, then they drive it to the car wash area to be washed. The inspection was done and the car wash was completed by the time I finished my paperwork! The people (Nathan and Shane) doing the inspection were very thorough and explained everything completely. The person who checked me in for the car wash was extremely nice and helpful! Great job! Thanks! read more

this place is horrible!!! first off they broke my mirror on the side of my suv!!! when i took it back, they not only denied it but had the gall to say it was already broken! i drive that car every single day -- do you not think i would know if my mirror was broken??? it will probabley cost less to fix than the car wash did!! read more

Pitiful service. Always missed areas not cleaned are dried. Windshield always smeared. I drive to Mckinney for quality service. If and when I am lazy. I use this place knowing I will have to finish the job. read more

Closed for remodeling until May 31,2016. The road was all torn up and the place deserted. There's a hand car wash not far from here that's reasonable. Go there and save time. We checked three car washes listed in this area none were in business . read more
