My first few times here was not good, but I kept coming and now it seems they have tweekedthe cleaning system! My F-150 gets really clean now, and the tire cleaner makes my tires look clean for over a week!! And, the employees are really nice. Their system couldn't read my license plate, but today they gave me a sticker their system can read. So no more waiting to have an attendant come look at my plates to let gate bar up!! read more

So, to continue with my previous review, I spoke with a sales person at the entrance to the Carwash. He assured me that my account was canceled and I would no longer be billed. Wrong! I received another charge so this time I called a number to the local Carwash. Of course no one answered so I left a message after the recording told me I would receive a call back within 24-48 hrs. I was forced into another vehicle that was jammed up in the was. due to the automatic system you cannot stop. we honked our horn to get someone's attention but no one responded. basically our car pushed the other vehicle out of the car wash and there was nothing we could do to prevent it from happening. read more

Yeah... not a fan. The person that guides you through doesn't wet the car at all, so there's no "loosening the gunk" like at other places. I went through twice and the picture is AFTER. When I approached the guy there, he said that's why we offer damp rags. Ohhh so you can charge a high price so I can clean my car by hand with a damp rag that's provided. Be warned about billing! I cancelled my subscription back at the facility in September 2025 because I felt the car wash I was receiving was not adequate. It took two months to realize I was still being charged because of credit card cycles and because you have to cancel 5 days before your billing date. So I cancelled online at the beginning of December. I stopped by the facility today and found out I was still being charged for February 2026!!! Upon their investigation on-site, it looked like they allowed another customer to be charged on my account. They gave me credit for 3 months. I'm hoping they have it corrected. My opinion is they have a poor security billing system. You cannot get help via the phone number. The recording tells you that you have to correspond by email or stop by the facility. They could definitely improve their billing security and customer service!!! read more

Warning! The car wash damaged my 2025 Jeep. I let them know right away and they told me to submit my claim by email with pictures. Did as they said and with in a short time only looking at pictures they determined the car wash did not cause the damage. This is the only wash I used. Added some upgrades to jeep prior to going, so there was no damage. Please don't go here because when they damage your vehicle they won't stand behind it. The car wash was obviously having problems as the attendant had to push on the back of my jeep on the conveyor. read more

No under carriage wash, half the time the hand washers at beginning are broken, never get the back tailgate if the SUV clean

We spent $15 to get our VW Tiguan washed. We left with the same car, I feel like we didn't even go through a car wash at all. There was no pre-sud that I've received before at other car washes to make sure the gunk gets knocked off the wind shield and exterior. Do not recommend at all. Please stay away. read more

I do not recommend signing up for the monthly service! The car wash itself is good, however I do not recommend signing up for the monthly service, there is no way to cancel the membership and they will not provide refunds. I have called and emailed multiple times 8+ days prior to the billing date and continue to be charged. I was charged again on Sunday 10/20/2024. The following Friday 10/25/2024 I "canceled" in person at the Sherman TX location. The following day Saturday 10/26/2024 I was charged again for an additional month. They claim there is no way to refund the customer. read more

Went through wash masters spent $25 to get their best ultimate wash.. it was so crowded. We weren't able to even get back in to let them know what a terrible job it did.... Gonna go home and wash the Jeep.. $25 mistake but it won't happen twice. read more

Awesome new car wash in Sherman! The car wash was super fast, yet efficient; the free vacuums and microfiber cloths were an awesome bonus! Staff was friendly and attentive. Very convenient after doing our shopping at Walmart, and then jumped right on the freeway. Will make this a regular stop! read more

Damages endured while in car wash but not properly treated just ignored by management. They could not care less!

Just had my 2025 cadillac damaged as well as the guy's truck behind us. They are running vehicles too close!! Something went wrong with conveyor belt and caused the truck to jump into the back of my car. Manager said it was car in front of us that caused something to trigger the belt to jump. Either way your system is not working and we did nothing to cause the accident. I will be filing a claim as well as the other guy. For those of you that think this place is great you're running a risk at getting your vehicle damaged. I definitely won't be back! Giving it 1 star only because I can't post this without adding a star. Grrrr! read more

Wowee what a car wash! Not only did it remove all the yucky bugs from my road trip, but the staff were so friendly and helpful! Their free vacuums and Mat Wizard worked fantastic, so both the interior and exterior of my car are spotless! Also, they have this compressed air pump thing at every vacuum stall which is incredibly handy. Never seen this at a car wash before, and it's a great idea. Another unique thing about this car wash is the conveyor belt design. This way the width of my tire doesn't matter, and there's no risk of damaging my rims. This attention to detail was thoughtful; making a wash for any car hassle-free. Not to mention they recycle their water which assures me that this company is dedicated to "clean" in multiple ways. Their water conservation efforts showcase their commitment to being responsible and reducing their ecological impact--a factor that's important to me as a customer. I drove past Wash Masters Sherman on my way from Arkansas to Dallas, TX and had to stop. The huge green LED arch caught my eye and I'm so glad it did. After a long road trip on the highway, all the bugs and dirt were wiped CLEAN. The super friendly staff greeted me when I was vacuuming and made sure I was happy with the wash and service. The manager even came by to make sure my car came out clean and up to his standards. Unfortunately, I was just passing by Sherman so I didn't get to take advantage of their membership promotion but I will be back on my next road trip and I highly recommend!! read more
