Worst $10 I've ever spent. The guy working the wash had major attitude to start. Didn't let me ask a question as I clearly rolled my window down to talk. But more importantly, the car wash itself is okay. It's nothing great, but it's not too bad. The problem is their brushes that spin to clean the car hit my car too deeply, and I now have scratches, chipped paint, and some the machines paint has been coated on to my door. Genuinely terrible place and I have also reported them to the bbb. Won't be back. Ps. The only positive is they have one of the strongest vacuums I've ever used. I won't go back. I bought a car wash at the Murphy Gas Station down the street and it expires after about a week. The snow storm started the next day and they were closed for a week or so. I went in and asked to use it but was told the machine rejected it. I asked if they had a manager override but they don't. It is only $9 and the receipt is clearly marked with the expiration date but that is not a customer friendly system. Luckily, there are competitors in the area which are more customer-friendly. read more

So before I go to their car wash I always clean the bugs off my side mirrors and grill. I dont have an issue doing this because I understand its just an automated car wash and cant get it all. So this morning everything looked good no scratches on side mirrors. After running my car through their car wash and while doing extra drying I noticed a deep scratch on my hood and driver side mirror. After bringing this up to their management they told me that all their equipment is covered with Foam padding and it was impossible their car wash could have done that. They wanted me to go inside the running car wash and check it out. Which I was not going to do as I am not getting all wet and I know what my car looked like before and after. I asked which was would clean my tires and rims. I wanted my rims cleaned of break dust. I was told #4. The 16$ wash. Went through and rims were still dirty. The owners wife came out. I told her what I asked for. She told me, you have to pay 10$ to have rims cleaned. I said fine. Payed 10$ on top of the 16$ already payed. Went through a 2nd time. Rims STILL not fully cleaned. Still break dust. It came off with a finger swipe. Came back around. Spoke to owners wife,again. I had already wasted 20min. At this point I just wanted the 10$ I payed for the rims to be cleaned, that were not. When I told her to just refund the 10$. That's when she got mad and said for what? It's clean. I showed her where. It was obvious. She went inside, brought out a clip board, her husband the owner. Walked behind my vehicle. When I asked what she was doing. She handed me my 10$ and said I have your Tage number. Don't ever come back again. Are you kidding me? Hey NO PROBLEM! They do not hand dry anymore. But the price is the same. You have to really watch these guys here. Sometimes you will buy an "ultimate wash" and only receive a regular wash. They will make it right if you call it to their attention, but then they act like it was the system or a mix up. It's happened more than once to me. The car wash is fine; I just think it's shady. They now want $19 for an ultimate wash. No thanks! read more

I called to cancel my monthly service today. Closed at 3pm. No answer. I understand it's cold outside but it's not below freezing. The service has always been good when they are open but lately that has been less and less. Not worth an unlimited monthly service if they aren't open. read more

Went to get car washed today, October 4, 2021, and they refused to honor my PAID for cash wash! Their reasoning was I have a built in grill guard, not an add on, on the front of my vehicle. They refused to wash and refused to refund my money! I have taken this same vehicle there once a week for nearly 2 years now and that is the way they treated me.... I bought the $16 car wash today (most expensive wash). I pulled up and the owner sprayed bug removal on half my my window and then started the wash without doing the other side. None of the advertised $16 services were done, such as tire cleaning, waxing and undercarriage wash. I got out of the wash and there were bugs on my windows and the truck was not clean. I went to complain to the attendant and the owner came out screaming at me telling me that I was talking to a 15 year old girl. Note: I did not yell at the attendant, I simply made it clear that the wash I paid for I did not receive. Too bad.. if she's working there she should be able to take a complaint. The owner refused to re-run the car wash even though I explained to him and showed him that I did not get the services that I paid for. He was belligerent about it so I called him an asshole. He then called me a racist! Typical liberal BS! I thought assholes came in all races...go figure. He tried preventing me from leaving by putting a barrier behind my truck and threatening me. At that point, I had, had enough and was going to get out remove the barricade and him if necessary. His wife pushed up against my truck door begging me not to get out. She removed the barricade and I left with the owner still shouting obscenities at me. I will never use this car again. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO SEEK SERVICES ELSEWHERE. I just received a phone call from my wife that my daughter was sexually harassed while getting her car washed at this location today. I didn't realize that catcalls, vulgar language, tapping on her windows and offers for dates were part of their services. I would have called and asked to speak to a manager, but apparently the number listed does not work. I will no longer be using their services and will recommend likewise to anyone I encounter. I believe that the Denison Walmart offers their services at their gas pumps. I sure Walmart would love to know more about who they are sending their customers to. read more

I have been a customer for over 4 years. I had a monthly plan with unlimited car washes. I have recommended this place to many people and have been very pleased with the service. As of today, I will no longer recommend their services again. I went to get my usual car wash since I was visiting back in town. I explained I had moved and wanted to get one last wash since I wouldn't be back in town. I also had a new truck. I explained this to the owner and was told I would have to pay $5 bc it was a different truck and I needed "the sticker." The issue here is I was already paid up through the end of the month. My account is in the system so it could be easily looked up. The owner basically said bc I didn't have "the sticker" and it was a different truck, I would need to pay $5. Such horrible service and not good customer service for any customer, especially one that has been loyal for years and has recommended this place to so many people. Do not go here bc they do not really care about their customers. In my opinion, they should prorate the month and return my $ that I already paid for the month.
