I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.

They haven't even installed the new window yet and I had to come on here and write this review because they are awesome! From the first phone call I knew I wanted to do business with them. Michael, who answered the phone, was so nice and funny. Had the best sense of humor. He had me laughing the minute he answered the phone. Then he switched me over to Cody. Cody, too, has the best personality. I told them that I had a broken window in front of my house. Cody was able to come by within just a few hours to look at it. He measured and did his thing. You could tell he sure knew what he was doing. He was so methodical and precise. Told me he would get back with me the next morning for a quote. And he sure enough did. Now I don't know anything about broken glass prices and what it cost to fix one but I can tell you the cost was very much reasonable. But besides from the cost I will gladly pay whatever to get that kind of customer service. Cody is such an incredibly respectful young man. Today I got there at 11:45, was informed they could fix a new chip I have, but it would take 20 min and they're about to go to lunch from 12-1. I told him I drove 40 miles to get here. He said I need to come back at the 1:00. No thanks. I'll find another place. If you're ever wondering why you're not making any money, duh. Larry L
