USA GOLD MEDAL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's too bad they only fix broken glass. They haven't even installed the new window yet and I had to come on here and write this review because they are awesome! From the first phone call I knew I wanted to do business with them. Michael, who answered the phone, was so nice and funny. Had the best sense of humor. He had me laughing the minute he answered the phone. Then he switched me over to Cody. Cody, too, has the best personality. I told them that I had a broken window in front of my house. Cody was able to come by within just a few hours to look at it. He measured and did his thing. You could tell he sure knew what he was doing. He was so methodical and precise. Told me he would get back with me the next morning for a quote. And he sure enough did. Now I don't know anything about broken glass prices and what it cost to fix one but I can tell you the cost was very much reasonable. But besides from the cost I will gladly pay whatever to get that kind of customer service. Cody is such an incredibly respectful young man. You want to know what is the absolute best about this company other than knowing how to fix a broken window? Their Customer Service. Let me tell you it is top notch. Cody communicated with me each step of the way. When he was close to being at the house he would send me a text to tell he is almost here. I spoke to the owner, Billy Dickerson and the guy was completely unprofessional, and rude on top of that. When I talked to someone on the phone, I was hopefully, but that went downhill fast. Apparently, based on the building, they have been in business for many years because it looks like a total dump. I figured that I might save a little money by using a place with nearly non-existent overhead, but the pricing was actually a little higher than most of the other quotes I received. And how this guy has stayed in business so long is a mystery to me, I wouldn't spend my money there even if I had to drive over an hour to find the nearest competitor. I would definitely recommend Budget Glass. I came into the shop to get my winshield replaced. They ordered the glass and had it in the next day. They told me it might take 1 1/2 hours to replace it but when I arrived, they started working immediately and were finished in under an hour. They were also the most affordable place around. read more

My mechanic let these people replace my front windshield while my truck was having some other work done, when I got it back it sounded like a whole family of crickets had moved into my dash. I took my truck to Sherman to his shop to fix and all he did was push a thin piece of foam weather strip at the edge of dash where it meets the windshield. For one thing it looks like shit, he should've installed before the glass to eliminate dash noise. I will never use these people again. read more
