I have been twice, both times were not ideal, this last time I went, two girls were working, one was on her phone or talking the entire time (about someone's dog-not work related) while I waited ten minutes for a coffee that came out wrong and a toasted bagel as a line started to form behind me now reaching the street. First time I ordered the same coffee, it also came out wrong, I asked for it iced and it came out blended, both times no whip cream like the menu said, I had to ask for it, which is simple but not after waiting for ten minutes. Whistle Stop is our local drive thru coffee spot and it is excellent. The prices are lower than Starbucks and the service is great! I personally love the Oregon Chai Latte with Oat Milk. This place is also very smart. My kids always ask to stop because they have dum dum lollipops for them. LOL read more

I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but for me it is. I used to be Starbucks-er then a Wake Up Call-er. This place has amazing coffee and the prices are fantastic. Additionally, the baristas are kind, nice, polite and almost always have a smile on their face. The challenge I face in giving this place a higher review, is that it often takes 10 minutes or more to wait to order and then another 5 or so minutes once I get to the window. I don't think it's an issue of the staff there not working hard, I just think it may be a staffing or efficiency issue...maybe if there was a third person to run the register or just keep making shots, it would expedite the lines. read more

We love Whistle Stop! We've been coming here for years. The girls memorize our drinks and are always so sweet. They especially make a delicious blended snickers. They're also one of the only coffee stands who consistently make super smooth blended drinks. Service was amazing!! I called to get a giftcard for someone moving to the area--talked with Amber and she went out of her way to mail the giftcard to me after getting off work. Was even more impressed with Whistle Stop after calling 2 other coffee stands who told me they "couldn't do that over the phone", which makes things difficult when I live on the other side of the state. I'm definitely planning to stop in and actually try the coffee when I'm up in Spokane Valley for a visit, but their service has already won me over!! read more

Amazing coffee, I'm always happy with my drink once I get it but, I've never waited so long in my life for drive up espresso. I understand that it takes time to make good coffee but I really can only stop here when I have over 20-25 min to spend, even if there is only 1-2 cars in front of me. I love my coffee, but customer service is very important and essential to running a good business. I was surprised that the one and only time I went through there, the one girl that was helping me was really sweet, but seemed to be almost in tears.
