Loved it as I side but not sure that I think it's a stand alone item. The BBQ sauce is tasty and original - traditional BBQ flavour but with load of peppercorn. I want to put it on everything! That said, a sauce bar would do this truck well. Maybe a few different BBQ sauces or hot sauces to put on things and let you customize your sandwich a bit. You just can't find a BBQ sauce that will please everyone - it's science. Alberta is home to some amazing beef so I'm glad to see a new, worthwhile BBQ truck in this city.
