My little red Jeep wasn't filthy of course (who would ever let their baby get that way) but it was a little dusty and had some minimum road grime that it picked up from the mountain roads. When I arrived I found the owner / manager cleaning up and checking out the equipment and probably ensuring the soaps and water systems were working properly. I pulled up to the kiosk and swiped my credit card I chose "The Works" for $12 this is the a notch above the ultimate wash if that's even possible, as soon as the transaction was approved I creeped into the wash bay to take advantage of the undercarriage wash I don't exactly know what was happening on the underside but it was loud and effective. I continued until my wheels activate the STOP light and watched in amazement as the BugBusting Presoak did it's magic followed by the Hot Foaming Presoak I look at this as the basting stage and as she marinated in love the Wheel and Brake Dust Cleaner targeted the tires and wheels. The skilled apparatus continued with a Triple Foaming Conditioner application I must say the soak time is the ticket - then it happened, the high pressure side wall jets kicked in and it was apparent this triggers everything high pressure, the rocker panel blasters joined in it was like an orchestra the hubscrub wheel jets, spinning rocket jets and high pressure top wash were definitely in sync. Then again a serene silence and the low pressure jets walted across her applying a beautiful clear coat sealant and a spot free rinse I could see the reflection of the tunnel wall and ceiling as the power air dryer fired up blasting her with a velocity that ensured every drop of water was removed from the surfaces and nooks and crannies it was so beautiful man, then the sunshine lit her up as I exited the wash bay - this was a good choice I feel the pain of the previous reviewers but those were based on losing their money not the quality of the wash which unfortunately they missed out on...

After my Son got Cheese puffs all over the backseat of my car, I KNEW i needed a good vacuum. I was hoping and praying that the vacuums worked well at this location. I was a little skeptical, because there wasn't as much as Knoxville. When I yanked that puppy out, I was SO surprised with how well they worked!! I just HAD to say something to Him on How great they worked. He then informed me that they take Great pride in them, because he went up on the roof and cleaned them out. He told me that he pretty much spent the whole day cleaning them out so they would work as well as they did. Special thanks to Hardworking Aaron. Without Him as an Asset, the vacuums would probably be garbage. Aaron is such a Great asset to your team. Another asset of fantastic customer service is a Team member named Lawrence. Lawrence fixed me and my Hubby up with a great little sponge brush bath before entering the wash itself. With a warm smile all the time and a hard working work ethic standing out in the hot Sun, Aaron and Lawrence are the "Dream Team" and they make having a membership worthwhile! Now That's Absolute VALUE for our wallet- and for our Cars!! So PLEASED WITH THIS ZIPS LOCATION!! They also have a Mat cleaner, however it does NOT accept Rubber Mats!
