Zips Car Wash offers a convenient tunnel option in Sevierville but the lines can be long. The wash is truly a great place in Sevierville and I did not notice any missed spots afterwards but it's sometime hard to get in and out easily. read more

Best Car wash In Town!! This Location has the Strongest Vacuums... EVER. Thanks to Aaron. We came on Vacation and we have top notch memberships. After my Son got Cheese puffs all over the backseat of my car, I KNEW i needed a good vacuum. I was hoping and praying that the vacuums worked well at this location. I was a little skeptical, because there wasn't as much as Knoxville. When I yanked that puppy out, I was SO surprised with how well they worked!! I just HAD to say something to Him on How great they worked. He then informed me that they take Great pride in them, because he went up on the roof and cleaned them out. He told me that he pretty much spent the whole day cleaning them out so they would work as well as they did. Special thanks to Hardworking Aaron. Without Him as an Asset, the vacuums would probably be garbage. Aaron is such a Great asset to your team. Another asset of fantastic customer service is a Team member named Lawrence. Lawrence fixed me and my Hubby up with a great little sponge brush bath before entering the wash itself. With a warm smile all the time and a hard working work ethic standing out in the hot Sun, Aaron and Lawrence are the "Dream Team" and they make having a membership worthwhile! Now That's Absolute VALUE for our wallet- and for our Cars!! So PLEASED WITH THIS ZIPS LOCATION!! They also have a Mat cleaner, however it does NOT accept Rubber Mats! read more

Pretty good car wash ,not as expensive as others. It's crazy what's being charged to get your car washed these days so I'm glad they have kept their prices down. read more

Zips did a great job, and Steve was very nice.

Zips is the best carwash in Carrollton! They are running a killer holiday deal for unlimited washes on your monthly membership. Cody provided me with wonderful customer service! They provide spray bottles and microfiber cloths and have awesome vacuums and even little high pressure blowers to blow out the little crannies! read more

I tried zips trial membership for 10.00 with the understanding that if I cancel membership before trial was up which I did them i wouldn't be charged 40.00 for membership. I sent a cancelation online form to zips one week before trial ended and zips still charged my card 40.00 and refused to reverse charges so I'm going to share my experience everyday until the 40.00 is refunded 953893926 is my barcode I was given read more

This is a stunning car wash! What a deal for the $20 manager's special! The attendant that welcomed us was meticulous about spraying off the truck. Inside, suds rain down onto your vehicle and then a black light show featuring dayglo soaps keeps you entertained. The whole time, though, your car is actually getting a great wash! The dryer at the end gets the sides of your car (amazing!) and then vacuums are free!! read more

This is the worst car wash I've ever used. 20 car wash and didn't clean the back of my SUV at all. Side of car ok but the front and back looked horrible. Then the 4 dollar pack they offer with super dry window washing cloths.. joke!!!! The air fresheners joke. Then The 2 micro fiber cloths . Omg started wiping and it started talking apart and left red fuzz on particles every where after I had just vaccume with their super short vaccume hose. And they add tax so it was 24 .40 and they don't give charge back. So they get extra 60 cent's off every customer. horrible horrible. Don't waste your money.. . Red crap all offer inside my truck cause their red cloths.. just wow. read more

The car wash does not pre- wash the cars like they used to. The car wash is very short. The vacuums are very powerful and it is nice to be able to clean your interior. read more

Worse Zips we've ever been to! We are from out of town and had the same guy both visits. He had the worse attitude both times towards us. Awful customer service. No prewash. Fastest wash we've been through. No towels. Good thing we don't live here. read more

No a good car wash anymore . We paid twenty dollars to wash my dad's car . It didn't clean it . I took my car same day got the seven dollar car wash . Guess what no difference in time or cleaning of cars . I don't know who owns this but they should be ashamed . Will not be back. read more

Honestly wish I could give it zero the only good thing about it is the free vacuums the car wash is awful. My car was just as dirty when I left as when I went in. read more

We twice and it still didn't get our Jeep clean. Went down the street and they got us clean on the first try.

Went through the fastest I have ever gone through. Normally got great service. Instead, walk to the towel table to find there are new owners and they don't do the towel table anymore. Then found a towel in my car and go to dry it, bubbles were still rolling down my car!!! Took care of that part only to walk to the front of my car and it was covered in bugs!!! Not happy!! Awful price for a clean that I could have gotten from a mud puddle. I won't be back until it's sold again... read more

Pay $20 for nothing. Took away blue towels to dry off cars of excess water and the little package of armor all wipes and windex wipe. Sorry but you lost my business. Talked to the worker there and definitely didn't seem to try and compensate my $20 back or any money or a return. They use to spray front and back windows and tires before entering I didn't get that either. I'd give it zero stars. read more

Aside from the employees standing there scratching there heads on which button to press according to the car wash that we had paid for and the driers at the end not getting enough water off the truck not to end up leaving watermarks...it was worth the $12. If I had no other option I would come here again. Thanks zippy! read more

This car wash used to be great. Now it's terrible and has gone way downhill. I went the other day and first off I noticed that they no longer have barrels with brushes in soapy water for a customer to do their own bug prep. When I drove to place my order, I noticed how much the prices have increased and that if you want bug prep it's $4 added to the bill! Needless to say, I didn't add the bug prep to my order. I ordered a basic package and pressed the option to print a receipt, but nothing printed. By this time I was getting annoyed. I drove to the start of the car wash and complained to an employee about the lack of receipt; she did print me one. After going through the wash, which was the shortest duration ever, I got out and prepared to run my car mats through the mat cleaning machine, which was always a great option at this location, but they have pulled a barricade over that machine and it is not possible to use it anymore. They used to have hand towels and bottles of cleaner available too, but those were no where to be found. The vacuums were still available - wonders never cease. The new owners have raised the prices and taken away all the things that used to be good here. They are too darn cheap to let the machine print a receipt upon request and too cheap to let customers use a mat cleaning machine. I WILL NEVER RETURN. read more

Great service. Always go above and beyond. Went by for just a regular wash and John (might have said Shawn) treated my minivan like a rolls. Very nice and helpful. Will keep driving to sevierville from Kodak for the great service! read more
