Best Car wash In Town!! This Location has the Strongest Vacuums... EVER. Thanks to Aaron. We came on Vacation and we have top notch memberships. After my Son got Cheese puffs all over the backseat of my car, I KNEW i needed a good vacuum. I was hoping and praying that the vacuums worked well at this location. I was a little skeptical, because there wasn't as much as Knoxville. When I yanked that puppy out, I was SO surprised with how well they worked!! I just HAD to say something to Him on How great they worked. He then informed me that they take Great pride in them, because he went up on the roof and cleaned them out. He told me that he pretty much spent the whole day cleaning them out so they would work as well as they did. Special thanks to Hardworking Aaron. Without Him as an Asset, the vacuums would probably be garbage. Aaron is such a Great asset to your team. Another asset of fantastic customer service is a Team member named Lawrence. Lawrence fixed me and my Hubby up with a great little sponge brush bath before entering the wash itself. Its allright, the kid where he directs the cars when to get in could of told me to scrub my rims at first, after the wash i asked him for water and a bucket so i could scrub my chrome rims , i wven had my own wheel cleaner spray, he tells me why didnt u scrub it over there pointing at the exit of the gate, i went to the side of the building he had a bucket and i filled it with water and rinsed my rims and put his red bucket back and left mad....but the wash was great. read more

This is the worst car wash I've ever used. 20 car wash and didn't clean the back of my SUV at all. Side of car ok but the front and back looked horrible. Then the 4 dollar pack they offer with super dry window washing cloths.. joke!!!! The air fresheners joke. Then The 2 micro fiber cloths . Omg started wiping and it started talking apart and left red fuzz on particles every where after I had just vaccume with their super short vaccume hose. And they add tax so it was 24 .40 and they don't give charge back. So they get extra 60 cent's off every customer. horrible horrible. Don't waste your money.. . We twice and it still didn't get our Jeep clean. Went down the street and they got us clean on the first try.

Went through the fastest I have ever gone through. Normally got great service. Instead, walk to the towel table to find there are new owners and they don't do the towel table anymore. Then found a towel in my car and go to dry it, bubbles were still rolling down my car!!! Took care of that part only to walk to the front of my car and it was covered in bugs!!! Not happy!! Pay $20 for nothing. Took away blue towels to dry off cars of excess water and the little package of armor all wipes and windex wipe. Sorry but you lost my business. Talked to the worker there and definitely didn't seem to try and compensate my $20 back or any money or a return. They use to spray front and back windows and tires before entering I didn't get that either. I'd give it zero stars. read more

Aside from the employees standing there scratching there heads on which button to press according to the car wash that we had paid for and the driers at the end not getting enough water off the truck not to end up leaving watermarks...it was worth the $12. This car wash used to be great. Now it's terrible and has gone way downhill. I went the other day and first off I noticed that they no longer have barrels with brushes in soapy water for a customer to do their own bug prep. When I drove to place my order, I noticed how much the prices have increased and that if you want bug prep it's $4 added to the bill! Needless to say, I didn't add the bug prep to my order. I ordered a basic package and pressed the option to print a receipt, but nothing printed. By this time I was getting annoyed. I drove to the start of the car wash and complained to an employee about the lack of receipt; she did print me one. After going through the wash, which was the shortest duration ever, I got out and prepared to run my car mats through the mat cleaning machine, which was always a great option at this location, but they have pulled a barricade over that machine and it is not possible to use it anymore. They used to have hand towels and bottles of cleaner available too, but those were no where to be found. The vacuums were still available - wonders never cease. The new owners have raised the prices and taken away all the things that used to be good here. They are too darn cheap to let the machine print a receipt upon request and too cheap to let customers use a mat cleaning machine. I WILL NEVER RETURN. read more
