When the time came around, I reached out to them immediately and was thrilled they were available for my wedding weekend! I was in contact with Swetal. We exchanged a few emails and then set up a call to go over details. I had a few ideas, but wasn't quite sure what else I wanted and Swetal was gracious to walk through and explain things that I hadn't even thought about. Leading up the wedding, we had one more call to go over last minute details and that was it!! She knew exactly what I wanted and was kind enough to point out certain elements I had forgotten about. On my wedding day, the decor honestly could not have been anymore perfect. They were punctual, the decor looked INCREDIBLE and everything was exactly like we had discussed. We were so happy with them and are so grateful for all their hard work and effort they put into these weddings, especially after a rough pandemic year. Swetal and her team are so easy to work with, very transparent with pricing/looks, and honestly just so easy to chat with! I think we talked about just normal life stuff more than the decor aspect of things because I trusted them completely to execute what we had discussed and they did! Cannot recommend them enough and hope to have them back for any of my future events!

We received numerous compliments on our wedding decor, and I would definitely recommend working with this team!

Being from Kansas City,…read morewe have very limited options when it comes to the an all-inclusive South Asian wedding decorating. You have to hire a separate draping company, linen company, florist/design, and lighting company. Drish Couture Events introduced to me to Shaadi Creations and there was no looking back after meeting Sonal and Mayank. I had ideas and a budget and Sonal and Mayank were able to create a dream wedding within our budget! At our initial meeting, Drish and I had laid out some inspirations for the Grah Shanti and Wedding but the reception was where I was the most confused after searching through endless Pinterest boards. When I mentioned Vintage Glamour, Sonal totally got what I was going for and immediately started showing me pictures and looks of ideas that encapsulated glamorous vintage. The mandap I had a picture of was a double mandap that had to be constructed from scratch at the actual venue all the way in Kansas City. They not only recreated the look but enhanced it with pops of color, floral cuffs and amber lighting that created a soft romantic glow. From the Grah Shanti was jewel toned Sabyasachi inspired. From the Grah Shanti to the wedding to the reception, Shaadi Creations took my breath away by the beauty ambience and splendid environment they created. Each event was unique and gorgeous and beyond my greatest expectations. People have said they have never seen such a beautiful wedding in Kansas City and this is all because of their creative genius and architectural design. I cannot express to you how wonderful it was to not have a single concern about the decorations being completed on time. They went above and beyond in every aspect. I'm waiting on the professional pictures but I will post pictures friends have sent!

From the first time meeting Nisar I knew that he would be a true delight to work with. His talent and vision was spot on to what we were looking for. We went with a elegant Parisian themed wedding reception with rich, swank colors, uplighting, floor to ceiling pipe and drape, crystal candelabras, gorgeous luxurious linens and much more! Shaadi Creations nailed ever aspect of this and beyond. With being a smaller wedding event planner myself, I never not trusted Nisar and his team...when I walked in that ballroom for the first time I was absolutely speechless. When guests walked into the room they were also speechless and felt like they were just warped into Paris for the wedding of the year. Words can not thank Nisar and his team for what they have done for my husband and I. We are forever grateful for their talent and hard work. Thank you Nisar for not only providing us with your talent but for giving us the wedding of our dreams!!

We booked our venue almost 2 years in advance, so we were not in a rush whatsoever, and we always felt calm and at ease with Jewell. Our first tasting was amazing, and then soon after, the President, Greg, took over our contract and we had a second tasting because, in his words "we can do a better chicken dish." He was absolutely right! Everything we tasted, at both tastings, was literally impeccable. Greg and his staff know food. Jewell really went above and beyond throughout the whole process and Maria is such a pleasant and kind human. On the day of the wedding, everything was incredible. There were a few extremely minor misunderstandings that were frustrating for a moment but nothing huge or that made our event any less spectacular. The service staff was so incredibly fun, kind, and really elevated our wedding with their kindness and thoughtfulness. I would highly recommend working with Jewell, Greg and Maria if you have the chance!
