Scheduled an appointment with management to go see a single wide trailer! The trailer itself was very nice and was one side of the yard upon pulling up and leaving we noticed that the neighbors next-door had a planted a garden all the way onto the property that we would be buying! When we asked management about the issue, they said that it comes as you see it! In my opinion, I thought property lines were property lines Needless to say we're already up against the set of powerlines now I would have a neighbor planning their garden right next to the window of my trailer. It doesn't look like this is the place I want to be. Also, upon talking to a resident, they informed me that they let a few select people do what they wanna do throughout the park and then enforce rules on everyone else as you can see by driving around. read more
