I went back today to exchange it for a better one one that is not tarnished. When I went in, I explained to the lady that I'm not here to get my money back. I will actually probably spent more than what this necklace was bought for. She would not exchange the tarnish necklace. Instead, she proceeded to tell me how silver needs to be cleabed. I walked outside of The store looked at it still tarnished went back in and she cleaned it a second time. On my way home now looking at it in the sunlight and still it is gold and silver. Terrible policy and customer service. I will not be adding to my Lola collection from Daisy Dig'ins. #lola #oldnecklace #ripoff #daisydiggins
