The arrangement had bare spots on one side and the flowers looked old. When I called to complain, they stated it was full and beautiful with fresh flowers when it left their shop. She stated they must have gotten damaged in delivery or at the funeral home itself. She then stated they would need a picture of it to make it right! Who" in their right mind would think of taking a picture at a wake with all the emotions of loosing a loved one suddenly and people coming in to extend their condolences! Then I was told they usually take pictures before the arrangements go out , but that day they "didn't because they were so busy. The only way they could help me to make it right was to bring a picture of it! When dealing with the previous owner I never had a problem. This was my first order with the new management and my last. I will not recommend this florist to anyone! Had to add a star rating or it wouldn't post!
