Flowers for our wedding showed up wilted and brown. The kid delivering them knew they were messed up and looked scared to even be delivering them. When my wife and her bridal party finally got the owner to return a phone call, instead of apologizing, she tried to make it our fault. Said that's what you get for a low budget wedding. Excuse me???! No one ever mentioned budget to you first of all. Second, I don't care if the budget is $500 or $5000 this is a brides special day and you should treat everyone as such. Just a piss poor attitude and highly disappointed. Never again!!

Unfortunately, today was the coldest day yet and it was below 30° all day. I was super worried that the flowers would die out on the porch (no one was going to be home until after 4pm), but the amazing delivery driver called my phone and said they'd come back after 4 so my mom would be home to receive the flowers. I'm so, so grateful that the delivery driver was able to come back to make sure the flowers weren't sitting out in the cold. Additionally, the bouquet was beautiful and looked extremely fresh! I am very impressed and will definitely be a return customer. Thank you for making my mom's Valentine's Day so wonderful!

We were charged extra for roses because it was the week of Valentines which was ridiculous as these were funeral flowers! I was told there would be 9 large roses and 9 petite roses along with hydrangea and greens. There were only 6 large roses and the arrangement was much smaller then what I was told it would be. I was embarrassed by what was delivered. I would not recommend Forever Flowers. They completely ripped us off.

I started to place the order on line, but had a question about delivery time and didn't want to complete the order until I got an answer, so I called. A few minutes later, my phone rang. It was the owner (I think), who'd seen the missed call and called me back. I really apppreciated that she took the time to do this. She answered my question, and I placed the order. At the funeral, I saw that the arrangement was really beautiful, and the message on the card had been hand written.
