You get more help out of the Norwich and Canterbury locations then Brooklyn. I have not been since last spring/summer I will try them again this year in hopes that the prices are more competitive with other green houses. However, I will shop around before I just buy. I was also disappointed that they took out the florist part of the business at all locations but kept it in their name posted on line. If you stop a service update your sites to reflect that.

Unfortunately, today was the coldest day yet and it was below 30° all day. I was super worried that the flowers would die out on the porch (no one was going to be home until after 4pm), but the amazing delivery driver called my phone and said they'd come back after 4 so my mom would be home to receive the flowers. I'm so, so grateful that the delivery driver was able to come back to make sure the flowers weren't sitting out in the cold. Additionally, the bouquet was beautiful and looked extremely fresh! Finally the plant arrived and is healthy. I ordered a second plant recently, and even with much warmer temperatures that don't interfere with shipping, the order is taking weeks to get here. i went in the other day to treat myself to some flowers. while the quality of flowers in the cases…read moreseemed very good, they are not lasting. a $21+ bouquet of 4 roses with a few greens and some sweetheart roses to round things out was already drooping, with petals dropping by the next day. the service was friendly and courteous, but for the price, you can honestly get better quality, cheaper, elsewhere. it's unfortunate because i'm a big proponent of shopping local, but i won't be back.

The lady took them out of the case and they were in plastic bags stapled close. The flowers were dead and downright embarrassing. I took them because I thought I had no option. The prom was in 2 hrs. I was furious and called the number which went to the danielson store and the women said to bring them in and she would fix them, I drove out there and while fixing them another women stormed in with surprisingly the same problem I was having. She was a lot harsher though. They still looked like crap but somewhat acceptable and I was time limited. Super nice older woman but, crappy product. No way worth 42.50. I am currently disputing with my bank.
