I went in there having little to no idea of what I wanted. I threw some ideas out there and the blonde with glasses made it all come together. I ended up making my own plant stands and they fit the arrangements to the plant stand size. The store is small, but has such cute trinkets in there with some gorgeous plants! My order that was put in weeks in advance was on time, and they were accommodating when a tropical storm hit on pick up day. read more

Immediately greeted warmly and offered assistance, and I'm glad I received some help today and putting together Justin every day bouquet for our dining room table. I will definitely be back. Everything is priced decently and I love that you can build your own bouquet on the spot and they have an amazing selection of flowers. I will definitely be coming back in the future to buy every day flowers for our family. they're also very involved with the community which I love if you have any old vases laying around and want to bring them in to donate please do so they turn around and use and donate those vases and help support local animal shelters and other places. read more

I went to Bert&Peg for the first time to get flowers and created my own bouquet. They had a beautiful selection and said they had more if I needed it. The lady was very friendly. I love how they do a flower of the day too on their front sign! read more

Over the past two years, we have received beautiful arrangements from Bert & Peg, delivered in beautiful containers, exquisitely crafted. The people who have sent these to us (three great women) are incredibly gifted creators themselves, and so, more than usual, they did much research before choosing Bert & Pegs. One of the plants sent in a lovely, huge urn, is STILL alive 2 years later (unfortunately, I am not a plan whisperer - but She is happy here!) Special thanks to this lovely business and the joy and beauty they put in every creation! read more

My sister just received one of the most gorgeous vases of flowers I've ever seen! I found Flowers by Bert & Peg on Yelp and it definitely lived up to the incredible reviews. I ordered over the phone from San Diego and a very kind, helpful Helena advised me to entrust the designers to create a bouquet with their freshest Fall mix of flowers. They did not disappoint, as my sister received a lush, colorful assortment of beautiful Fall flowers to make her birthday special! Thank you for going above and beyond at such an affordable cost.! read more

This shop has been delivering wonderful flowers (and sometimes chocolates) to my step mother for nearly 15 years. She has loved receiving them and knowing someone far away was thinking of her. At almost 94, she now can no longer see any of them, so has asked to stop the flowers (though this could be a bid for more chocolates!). I will miss talking to the staff who always help me with an order. If you're considering using this shop, I hope you will do so and have a great relationship over the years with them. read more

I feel lucky to have such a great florist right in my neighborhood. There are times that a nice bouquet of flowers is the only thing you need, and when its this easy, these people can be a godsend. They certainly take orders by phone, but the best thing is that they serve you right away when you stop in this little flower shop. They run special hours around all of the "flower and card" holidays, there is never a very long wait. A line of Ten or so of us in the shop on Valentine's this year, I had my flowers in 15 min, and they were just perfect. Thanks Bert and Peg. read more

The florist ALWAYS makes her arrangements look so lovely. The flowers are fresh, they last a long time ( + 1 week) and they are generous in how many flowers are in an arrangement. Can make an arrangement most of the time the same day and delivery is consistent and on time. They also have cute add ons in the shop! I highly recommend you come this florist, you won't be diassapointed. read more

My boyfriend got me flowers from here a few weeks ago when I was having a bad day and they starting dying so I figured I would come here for myself and look around. The place is small, but they are SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. Helena helped me design a bouquet that covered all aspects of this fall season and it's absolutely incredible. She spent the time with me and went through what the flowers were. She was so nice and informative about what she was talking about it was refreshing to see such outstanding customer service. I'll be coming back for future flower purchases. read more

Flowers By Bert & Peg - Flying pig arrangement! Sent them a picture from Pinterest and they replicated it perfectly! - Florists Near Me - North Kingstown, Rhode Island

I ordered through Teleflora based on the description and photograph of the arrangement. It was supposed to be premium sized, 13" tall and 11" wide. It had well over a dozen flowers. I received a tiny 6" arrangement of wilted flowers. I spoke to the owner and she asked me if I measured it when I referenced the size of the arrangement. That seemed a bit rude. She then insisted she was right and that I was not her customer since I ordered through Teleflora. She was right about one thing, I am not and never will be her customer. read more

Can't say enough good about the women who run this shop! They are friendly, helpful, flexible, fair, and all-around rock-stars. Whatever I need, and usually I don't have a clear sense of what I need, they are there to help. Can't recommend Bert and Peg's enough! read more

I called in the morning, and Pam helped me put together a custom flower arrangement that turned out even more spectacular than I had imagined - delivered same-day! I'm just thrilled with this business, their customer service is outstanding, and I will use them again and again. read more

I went to them for flowers for a special occasion. The bouquet looked nice, they helped me pick the arrangement. When I got home, I saw that maybe 1/4 of the flowers were not really in great shape. I also found the customer service to be just okay. The woman who helped me was not unpleasant, but that's about the most positive thing I can say. I would really assume that, knowing this is a very special occasion, that she would spare me the browning flowers. read more

Think my flowers were done on a bad day. A good friend uses a wonderful florist in CT and they had the order filled by Bert & Peg. The flowers were pretty when they arrived but the vase was so packed that it was difficult to add water. And many stems were barely under water. The next morning many flowers were dropping and looking very sad. It was an all white arrangement with roses, hydrangeas, and lilies plus a few others. I did call the next day and was sent a few nice roses and other flowers plus one pink one which was odd but not the lycanthus I had mentioned had dropped to almost dead after one night. . Half of the lilies had the stamens removed the others didn't so the arrangement got messy with orange on the white lilies. Not pretty. Today only 5 days later I had to rip it all apart to recut the stems and salvage what I could. I would be careful with short arrangements and make sure the stems are all well under water. read more
