There really aren't enough words to describe how incredible Stoneblossom is!!! Michelle is the kindest person ever, and such a joy to work with. Communication with her and the Stoneblossom team was always very prompt and clear, and they were so much fun to collaborate with for my wedding. My wedding was in May, and the number one thing my guests are still talking about is how incredible the flowers were. I had a very specific vision, and Stoneblossom brought it to life flawlessly. From the rehearsal dinner to the bouquets, to the ceremony, and the reception tent, everything was pure perfection!!! When my guest entered the reception tent everyone started taking pictures of the tent like it was a museum because the florals were unlike anything anyone had ever seen before. How has no one raved about this place yet??? Let's get one thing straight. I'm not even the kind of girl who likes flowers (a.k.a. generic-waste-of-money-gifts-that-will-die-in-a-few-days), let alone the kind of girl who grew up dreaming about what her wedding day would look like (I was too busy playing Street Fighter II) . . . but I fell in love with Stoneblossom Floral & Event Design. I absolutely dreaded having to make phone calls about my bridal bouquet. I decided to start phoning a few places to get quotes. I figured that I would go with the cheapest vendor and call it quits. Wrong. Moira from Stoneblossom gave me a more expensive ballpark bouquet quote than the other vendors, but she stayed on the phone with me the longest. She was so attentive and patient, in spite of my lack of preparedness (Example: Her: "What kind of bouquet do you want?" Me: "I don't know, something white?" LOL). Since I wasn't in front of my computer at the time, she encouraged me to give her a call when I WAS sitting screen-side, so that we could look at bouquets together online. It was important to her that I get a feel for what I wanted. I could immediately tell that she wouldn't be the type of vendor who would sell me the most expensive arrangement, or shove her own vision onto me. I wasn't able to call her back that day, but I spent the rest of the weekend reading about various flowers and their meanings. I probably wouldn't have gotten into it without Moira's initial encouragement. I stumbled across a photo of a bouquet that looked fitting, and I decided that I would see if I could customize it with gardenias, orchids, and lily-of-the-valley. The following week, I shared my ideas with Moira. She went the extra mile to make sure that we could get lily-of-the-valley since they were not yet in season (Stoneblossom ordered them from Holland, holla!), and I was so appreciative of all the time she spent with me on the phone and via e-mail. On our actual wedding day, the flowers were delivered on time. We couldn't have been more impressed with the customer service that we received (even the proposal they had sent us about a week prior was detailed and lovely). I came to Stoneblossom based on recommendations from my wedding venue, photographer and co-worker, all of whom had nothing but wonderful things to say. They were spot on. When husband and I first met with Joyce, she was candid, calm and made us feel like we were in good hands. We had our minds made up before we even left. Joyce helped us through the entire process, helping us figure out what we really wanted (aka some white-ish flowers). She worked with us to accommodate our budget and crazy, last-minute changes. We spent more than we would have initially liked, but Joyce helped us understand the costs involved and where we could get the most bang for our buck. She was very transparent from the get-go about what was feasible and what was not. She also knew the in's and out's of our venue perfectly, having been married there herself. This made us even more confident. Not to mention, Joyce also helped us make other design choices to help our vision come togetehr beautifully. In the end, our flowers were beyond perfect. My husband even said they were the best part of the wedding. Coming from a guy who didn't really understand the importance of the flowers in the beginning of the process, this speaks volumes about the amazing job the Stoneblossom team did. This is by far the best florist in all of RI and MA. Not only did they do an amazing job and treated me well but she also helped me design the layout and set up of the tables and chairs and table clothes. They were not in my budget but they helped me stay within my budget and totally exceeded my expectations. The day if my wedding I was floored and couldn't have asked for more. Although, I never want to plan a wedding again, I wish I had another event to work with Stone Blossom again. (especially since I did it from California) No matter what your budget, don't pass Stone Blossom up. I have seen some disasters in the past and this is the one and only part of my wedding I knew I didn't have to worry about. read more

Wow wow wow I can't believe it has taken me this long to write this review. A little over three years ago, I got married surrounded by my favorite people and some of the most beautiful flowers the world has ever known. Those flowers were artfully arranged by the good people at Stoneblossom. My mom and I met with Joyce for oh, a solid few hours, while my dad took a nap in the car and my husband-to-be was a couple thousand miles away. Because my mom and I were so into flowers, Joyce gave us a tour of where they put everything together and explained some of the ins and outs of the flower trade. From consultation to delivery everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I did not really have any clear idea of what I wanted, but after going through several examples and saying what I like and what I don't like, how my personal style tends to be pretty earthy but not too "crunchy," how there needed to be thistle boutonnieres because of the groom's Scottish origins, Joyce slowly put this phrase together, and I'll never forget it: "Sort of.... an enchanted fairy forest." Lo and behold, when my dad walked me down the aisle, the entire tent from looked like Fern Gully meets Scotland meets New England. It was perfect. read more

From start to end Sherry from Stoneblossom went above and beyond and was absolutely amazing. Initially I was a bit chaotic with my ideas of what I wanted for the flowers in regards to textures, styles and budget! After the first visit we were better able to narrow down what was most applicable for the style we were looking for. We gave Sherry almost complete creative freedom with only telling her colors and textures that we liked. We met with Sherry about 4-5 times and emailed on a few occasions, all with complete ease and timely responses. She kept us focused and directed to our ultimate goal while making sure everything worked together seamlessly. The outcome was unbelievable and breathtaking. Sherry and her team at Stoneblossom knocked it out of the park. From the largest to the smallest details, everything was perfect. Even the staff at the venue could not stop saving how beautiful all the arrangements were and even heard "the best Ive ever seen" a few times and I 100% agreed! Ive never seen such beauty. Sherry even came herself to the wedding and stayed through the ceremony to make sure that things were perfect for our reception. I don't have enough great things to say about Sherry and her team at Stoneblossom. I highly recommend Stoneblossom to anyone. I can't say enough positive things about working with Stoneblossom for my wedding!! Moira met with us for a few hours initially, and was incredibly patient and helpful as we looked at photos, described our venue and vision, and got many ideas from her. Then, she spent another few hours with me weeks later at our venue, actually looking at where all the flowers would be placed, and truly helping shape the aesthetics of our day. Finally, I don't know how many hours she was at our venue the day of the wedding, but everywhere I looked, I felt like I saw her setting something up or making some detail perfect. Moira was not just our florist/designer, she was part wedding planner, part wedding counselor, and part event sergeant. She helped to create the event of my dreams (even though I wasn't even sure what that dream looked like, exactly). From the second we met Joyce we knew we'd found a true artist! Our first meeting was mostly a get to know each other type consultation. Joyce wanted a chance to really understand our vision and our style, and she totally nailed it. Closer to the wedding as the plans started to fall in place, we had a second meeting, where I shared some inspiration and ideas for what we were thinking. Joyce totally went with our ideas, and then offered her own creative flair as well. She really understood what we were going for. Because Joyce was so understanding of our style, I brought her along to our meetings with our other partners, so she could make sure there was a seamless style throughout the wedding. She helped me choose everything from linens to tent decor! I totally trusted her vision and ideas, and could not have pulled the whole thing together as beautifully without her help. Absolutely outstanding! Sherry and Stoneblossom was an amazing find for my wedding day flowers. I'm not very into flowers and don't know anything about them, but the ideas that Sherry had and the guidance that we got from her every step of the way was nothing short of amazing. We set a budget, gave very limited instructions - vibrant, colorful, any kind of flowers - and what we got for our wedding day exceeded all of our expectations by a long shot, and looked even better than the pictures we had looked at for ideas. We got a ton of compliments from guests at the wedding and they were more than happy to take centerpieces home. The bouquets for me and all my bridesmaids were gorgeous as well! They all had beautiful colors, were polished, and were just all around perfect. I would definitely recommend spending a bit more money to use Stoneblossom for any wedding floral designs - it will be well worth it. read more
