The food we received and there is a lot left.

Food sucks. Waiters good and felt bad but not worth a visit. You expect a taverns food to be better than Applebees but this time Applebees won. Burger, nachos, onion rings, chili cream of crab all sucked.

Been living here for over 7 years and never came here. Decided to stop in as a result of many people raving about this place on FB and it DID NOT disappoint. Decided to order some wings as a "test" to try out their food and the wings were AMAZING! So amazing, we ended up staying for dinner...Burger was even better than the wings. What was supposed to be a quick stop in, resulted in staying for 4hours because of Nate! He was so much fun, so attentive, so accommodating.....and patient with explaining everything on the menu and drink options. Before we left, found out he's actually the manager as well....That place is going to be absolutely amazing with him in charge! Heard another epic bartender is starting Monday, Heather. Everyone is definitely in for a treat! Go immediately! You will not be disappointed!

Seared Ahi Tuna special with white rice lemon and tarragon was absolutely delicious. Now to their famous french fries. Do not pass go. Order them take home the leftovers. Oh boy so yummy. Cooked perfectly. Entering the restaurant you think your entering a liquor store. On your right are tables, bar seating and tables in a separate room on left. Private parking. Must enjoy this place and stop in for dinner.

TLDR: Liquid Assets is serving some of the best food in Ocean City, with creative small plates,…read moreexcellent whiskey cocktails, and a great liquor store built right into the experience. We stopped by for lunch shortly after arriving for our OCMD beach weekend and were thoroughly impressed by the caliber of food LA is dishing out. What started as a liquor store with a bar has evolved into a seriously good restaurant that stands out from the usual beach fare. Our table of four shared a bunch of small plates and a few larger dishes. We tried the steamed mussels, buffalo wings, tuna crisps, baked oysters, short rib pot pie, and Kung Pao calamari. The rich short rib pot pie was excellent, and we loved the baked oysters with aged cheddar, honey chipotle, and fresh chimichurri. Our favorite was the Kung Pao calamari, which had a great sweet Asian heat that made it a fun spin on the classic. We also ordered a round of cocktails, with the bourbon and whiskey based drinks being the favorites. The Wild Fashioned was especially good. Another great perk is that dining guests receive 10 percent off purchases from the attached liquor store. We happily took advantage and stocked up on Willett bourbon and Clase Azul tequila for the rest of the beach weekend. Overall, Liquid Assets is a great place to come for a drink or three with some elevated bites, especially when you are ready for a break from typical beach food. We will definitely be back.

My sister and I got the ahi tuna roll, blackened fish tacos and the shrimp salad. ALL of it was incredible. Ask for their chipotle special sauce. All the sauces were so amazing. Scottie was such a vibe! The whole staff was friendly and just awesome. Music was perfectly matching the vibe I rarely do reviews but I had to do one for this place and for my man Scottie! He was the best. Super helpful, gave us recommendations. Let us sample the shrimp! We came from California, to come to the oceans calling festival that ended up getting cancelled Belly busters is definitely a highlight and I'll never forget scottie, the sauces, and, that amazing shrimp salad! Whenever I want a quick lunch with very tasty food for a decent price, I always stop by Belly busters. It's a small restaurant with some tables inside and a few outside, friendly staff and tasty food. I recommend the rockfish fingers ($12) and the rockfish tacos ($14). I also tried the steamed shrimp but it was just ok. I'm just not a big fan of the old bay seasoning which is very popular in Maryland. But overall this is a great place for a quick lunch and many people also order to go and take the food to the beach which is just a block away.

The dining room was a surfers paradise with surfboards and surf related collections as the name refers. But don't let that fool you their food offerings are not your usual beach foods. Chilled bottle of water on the table with cups of ice. I ordered the Hickory Bacon burger with a side of the mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette. My burger was cooked a perfect medium, the cheddar cheese melted very well. The applewood bacon was so good and it was topped with the hickory bbq sauce. The burger was very tasty, the meat being a custom blend of chuck, brisket & short rib, from Roseda Farms Black Angus in Maryland. You can really taste the quality! My party also shared a "lemon lasagna" dessert bar. That was incredibly delicious and it was not overly sweet or over lemony. Perfect! Our server was great, refills without having to ask came over often to make sure all was good. They also have a pet friendly deck out front. Plenty of fur babies dining with their parents. Now we know we can bring our girl with us. Bathroom was very clean and stocked well. The only issue we had was finding a parking spot closer to the restaurant as it was very busy even off season. Definitely will come again! 10/23/26

My friend ordered the steak and crab cake, and those crab cakes were INCREDIBLE! She was kind enough to let me try them, and wow. The steak was fair, but the crab cakes were the standout. I ordered a special featuring sea scallops with succotash (corn and green beans) and grit cakes--three gigantic ones! The scallops were beautifully cooked and practically melted like butter. The flavors were light and delicate, which really let the scallops shine. The portion was generous, too. I couldn't even finish one of the grit cakes, but I definitely made sure to eat my fill of the corn and scallops! My other friend had the crab cake dinner and absolutely loved it as well. Service was delightful. She was attentive and friendly. Such a fun little place to discover! I'd definitely go back to try more of their seafood.

The Chef looks familiar, I think I tasted his food before at one of the Celebrity Chefs Brunches for Meals on Wheels. I remember it being fantastic. There is outside dining but I booked inside as we weren't sure how warm it would be in May. It turned out to be a cold and windy weekend so we were very glad to be inside, plus the outside tables have a view of the highway. What a cute little restaurant inside; it is very tiny. We were crammed into a table in the corner. It was difficult to get past the other diners at their tables, and we could hear all the conversations around us. Every table was packed, I can't imagine what it's like in this room during the busy summer. Noelle was our server and she was amazing; very knowledgeable and friendly. She described the homemade bread service to us, and we ordered 2 Coastalpolitans which were made with Tito's Vodka, lime, soju, St. Germaine, and cranberry. They were sweet, and tart, and bright, and delicious. We decided on crab toast instead of the bread, and Noelle said we made the right choice. Wow, she was correct. The crab toast blew us away. It was chunks of crab on fluffy, crispy milk bread with pickled scallions, radish, lemon aioli, kelp powder, and lime. So beautiful and so delectable! RJ ordered the Pork Chop, which Noelle said One Coastal is known for, and I ordered the NJ Day Boat Scallops. We had no words. We sat there and quietly enjoyed every bite while listening to the surrounding tables, and knew we found a maybe not so hidden gem. My scallops were delicate and buttery and sweet, and melted in my mouth. RJ said his pork chop was tender and juicy, and the best he ever had. That is saying something. We finished with bread pudding because who doesn't love a good bread pudding, and we like to try it whenever we see one that looks interesting. It was salty and sweet and just so perfect. What One Coastal lacks in space and view, it makes up for with food and service. What a delightful place, and Noelle was a pleasure and a joy. We will definitely return to try all the other things and be lucky to sit anywhere inside or out.

We waited pretty long between our appetizers and entrees. They list gluten and dairy containing products on the menu. Food: the food was fresh and you could tell everything was made in house. The menu changes frequently and what we saw online was different when we got there. The salad was good but could have used a splash or 2 more of dressing. They had a bread appetizer special which tasted like an upscale Texas Roadhouse bread and butter. The duck breast entree had great flavor but it didn't fully mesh well together. Some bites were great while some lacked. The duck itself was good very well

The chicken was a little dry and everything was under seasoned in my opinion. However, the chili Mac app was amazing. It felt naughty eating it. If you're going for a cheat meal, that's what you get. Just drowning in cheese, crisp tater tots, and the hit of chili flavor. The mozzarella sticks were also different. Good, but not your typical kind of breading on it. It was a nice surprise. The one thing that I did LOVE about this restaurant was the service. Our server was so nice, very attentive to our orders, and when my kid had a fit about the fruit versus French fries, he brought out French fries like he was the struggling parent himself. Also worth honorable mention, I was dancing half the time throughout my meal. They had a really good 80 playlist going and really made it a fun vibe.
