We stopped in while walking by. If you're in the mood for a sweet drink it's not a bad place but if you want an authentic coffee than this won't be your place. The woman was nice for the most part but acted like a sales person, some people might like that but it was kinda a ick for us. I got a frappe, the texture was great 9/10 The coffee taste wasnt great 4/10 And the sweetness was so strong and the flavor was overbearing.2/10 I'm not the type to leave bad reviews, I just love good authentic coffees and if that's what you're in the mood for I wouldn't recommend it. If you like sweet drinks and high caffeinated drinks than this is the perfect place for you, I have friends that would probably love it. My wife and I stopped in on our way out of town with our two young daughters on the day after new year. The owner was behind the counter working and was very helpful and explained all of our options to us, as we were unfamiliar with this kind of coffee. The iced coffees were very good and much different than anything we've had before. I would be curious to try this type of coffee hot next time, but the iced coffee was definitely good, and the serving sizes were huge. Our young daughters each had a lemonade (and I believe watermelon, but I can't remember for sure) ice pop which they both enjoyed as well. Would definitely stop by again if we're in town. Me wanting coffee, I decided to check out a place downtown Wooster we have never been to. Whippt (Dalgona South Korean Style Coffee) Smooth vegan real coffee concentrate that is prepared by whipping rather than brewing. You can create your own with the flavors and toppings she has and can get it iced or hot. Not knowing what to expect, I was impressed as it was fabulous and I will most definitely have to make my way downtown again read more

So from the first interaction I was on guard. My dad asked for a mocha. And we got a reply of " mocha actually doesn't even mean chocolate it just means coffee " with what I interpreted as a bit of a snarky attitude. Then continued to explain how dark roast actually has less caffeine than light roast and stuff about how their coffee was different from most which I researched and can confirm is true but at the time it was hard to listen and understand because all I could think of was her very initial interaction with us and how it kinda made me mad. She was what I took as off putting with the whole interaction. The coffee is 11 dollars for the 20 oz and was about 25% just foam. I got the girls scout cookie flavor with chocolate milk. I said it tasted good at the time because 1. I only took a sip so far and 2. I hadn't gotten to the chunky cookie sludge at the end of my coffee. To each their own but it was way too sweet for me with the chocolate milk and Girl Scout cookie together . And to me the chunks were as if a toddler chewed a samoa cookie and spit it in my coffee when I wasn't looking . And the foam that made this coffee " the only of its kind anywhere near here" or something similar, made it taste like a hot melted frosty from Wendy's. Desert maybe but not coffee that I'm used to or was looking for at the time. The real problem for me was the impending doom feeling I received 15 mins later. The only feeling close would be what I imagine taking a 10 mg weed edible and then realizing 30 mins later the package actually says 100 mg would feel like. I'm used to caffeine I have drank enough for my heart to start beating wierd but this was different . Truly only way to describe it was impending doom mixed with anxiety. I would not be surprised if we find out later crack was mixed into the coffee foam. Again maybe I'm just a bitch but this is not what I think of or really even want when I want coffee. I'll stick with a large from Starbucks with 2 espresso shots (20 oz for 6.25) even though espresso has no caffeine or however she put it. I'll pay nearly half, not feel like I'm going to die, and have a pleasant experience. But hey just me. P.s. The owner Nikki was AWESOME. My mom, our friend and I walked in on a whim last week as we explored downtown Wooster. She was very lovely from the jump. She is a good sales woman, so yes she is going to try and sell you on her items. I didn't feel she was pushy or rude at all. Infact, we all loved her energy!!!! The ambiance was very happy. Felt like a safe space. We had the best time talking with Nikki and trying her fun drinks. She was well informed about her products she sold for example her Sea-moss that she makes homemade. She let us each try a small taste. We were laughing and chatting for about 20 minutes straight!! We literally left and were recommending it to people we passed by walking! read more

The prices where way to high! 15 for a ice coffee. Service was snarky. Wife was yelled at for asking if there was sugar in her ice coffee. I was told to control my wife for asking a question. Don't go there are plenty more options within walking distance. read more

We were rushed to make a purchase of a drink. The taste of the drink was not horrible if it costed less then $13! we bought a medium milkshake and a medium smoothie for a whopping $25 total. The milkshake had very low viscosity, and had un-blended ice in it, this giving less volume of actual milkshake. The time it took to make the drinks was also above average. Now we have: Expensive, poor quality, extensive time to make drink, we were rushed, and the total cost wasn't told to us until we both had our drinks in our hands. We didn't even come to Wooster for this place either, we went for boba bowl which was the old neighbor but has since been removed. I could have bought 5 Starbucks drink in the biggest size instead of Ts. If the drinks are going to be sub-par, take forever, and not be what you ordered, at least make it a genuine price. How much money does it even cost to make such drinks to even think they can cost this much? read more

Hip Hip Whippt Hooray Saturday! My first visit to Whippt Coffee Bar. The knowledgeable Marina slowly took me through the steps of ordering their delicious vegan coffee creations. I had a 20z dark roast, almond milk, white chocolate mocha (recommended by a regular).It was fantastic! Never had coffee like this before... Super unique that the coffee is "whipped." I got a lavender/blueberry coffee and it was really tasty flavor, but the main thing I didn't like was the "Whippt" part of the coffee. The whippt part takes up more than half of the cup of coffee and isn't pleasant to drink alone as foam... The other downside is that this medium sized coffee was literally $15! So $30 for two cups of coffee is preeeettty excessive in price. So this is very "premium" price coffee, and I was caught off guard. Even coming from California, I've never paid more than $10 for a super customized coffee drink. The cashier who helped me was very nice though :) read more

The taste of all beverages I've had here are very good and the staff is welcoming. They partner with small businesses which I love. However, the pricing of the drinks is a bit high. They do offer punch cards and a significant discount if you purchase and use their tumblers which makes up a bit for the expensive drink pricing. Overall I love Whippt. :) read more

This was not my cup of tea...or shall I say, coffee. PRICEY: We ordered three 20 oz drinks and it came to $32...shame on me for not looking at the price before ordering medium drinks. My husband had the vanilla flavored iced coffee and I had the chai. His was way too sweet and didn't drink it. I ordered the chai and it was waaaaay overpowering and I ended up dumping it. The positive: the owner was super informative and explained the process. She had wonderful energy and was a delight. If you decide to try this type of coffee, I suggest saving yourself a few bucks and get a small...just in case you don't like it, you won't feel so bad paying so much for coffee. read more
