They sent someone in the beginning of September who showed up without my knowledge even though I asked that they let me know when he would be coming. So happened I was out when he came. I did see him on my security cameras but couldn't be there. Apparently most businesses in FL. don't follow customers requests as I have found over the years. Well, this guy was measuring my front porch(?) when the fence would be at the rear and side edge of the property and no where near the front side of the house. He also never took into consideration that I have a 5 ft. right-of-way at the back for Xfinity's cable box, which I advised the office when I made the call. He put the flag at the far back corner disregarding the Xfinity box which is not on my property. I had to call this company and advise them. I asked that he return and correct the measurement. She said "oh we'll correct it on paper" (??). He also placed flags at the outer edges of the property (for reasons unknown) where there won't be a fence. Well I hope the fence installers have this corrected info. I'll be sure they place the fence correctly with respect to the cable box and their 5 ft. right-of-way. For $600.00 I would think they'd send him back to properly re mark it. And for $600.00 I don't even have a copy of this survey! Business ppl in this state are awful to do business with, they don't follow directions. If I knew they were coming on that day I would have made the correction on the spot!!!

We were not present for the initial survey, but Jay and Deb met us at the property 3 days later with large detailed specs of the property. He walked us through the .25 acre lot, explaining 50 year old fence lines, FPL easement lines, Town of Jupiter drainage lines, and answered all our questions. Best value for our $$ we have had in this whole home buying process.(and he was $200 - $400 less than competitors.) Love ya Jay and Deb.....

rude. they were surveying neighboring property. they knew i was home…read more they could have rung the doorbell but no. instead they trespassed on my property and dug up my lawn. trespassing on neighbors property. digging up my grass. not replacing things as they found them. called company. spoke with edward and gina. suppose to send field agent. when??? i doubt anyone will show up. horrible.

Fence line marked inside my property on the wrong side of the property. I'm having someone come mark my fence line where it's inside my property in the right place because if I use their survey I'd be moving my fence 5 feet inside one neighbors property and 5 feet more than what it's already is inside my property. Called for help with some coordinates and they wanted to charge us to provide something they should had at the original survey.

90 days from initial survey, and still no stakes in the ground…read more I've called them 5 times over the last month and a half, with the same response, that I would be put on the schedule, and contacted before they come out. 1 call every 2 weeks and still nothing. If your someone who values their time and money avoid wasting both and don't use them. I know for all future projects I won't be.
