Service was fine but the food quality was poor. I got the tuna salad and the "tuna salad" was dry! If I wanted this type of sandwich I would have eaten tuna straight from the can. The produce on the sandwich was fresh as was the bread. read more

I love Which Wich. We drove 38 mins to eat here. There used to be one closer to me, but it didn't not survive COVID. This Which Wich was good. A bit pricey, but it always has been. I had double meat, and added bacon and avacado and all this stuff; and got a $38 sandwich. It was good tho. My wife had a "normal" sandwich and it was like $7. Was a good experience. So I actually didn't eat at this restaurant on 9/3 but was walking by the store when a gentleman came out of the store and a employee was following him out yelling and cursing at him. He went up to him like he was going to jump him and they had a few other words in the parking lot when the employee spit on the other guy. I don't know what happened in the store and really don't care but the cops should have been called if need be instead of a employee following a customer out into the parking lot and spitting on someone. That is assault. That's one of the most nasty things you can do to a person. I call into the store to talk to the manager and she wouldn't give me the name or the number for me to talk to the owner and told me there was no regional manager. Awful. You can't order from the app because it says they are closed, when clearly they aren't. Mentioned that the app didn't work once before and they just said "yeah, and the owner is out of the country so we can't fix it". Having been disappointed in the wait time before, the app doesn't work, so I'm forced to go in. Tried to get the meatball sub, and they are out of meatballs. Swapped to the Philly and they are out of steak. Someone else tried to get a milkshake while I was there and they were out of the ingredients for it. This was all at 11:30AM. They had just opened. We had to wait quite a while to get our food, the girls apologized several times and said they had an extremely busy day and had trouble running out of everything. I had such a terrible experience with this Which Wich by Lowe's this evening I walked in at 8:40pm and wrote up three sandwiches for my kids as takeout. As I approach the Register I realize I left my wallet at the house and said that I would be back in a few minutes to bring my wallet and left my sandwich order with him. It took me 15 minutes round trip to get my wallet from the house. I walk in at 8:55 and ask the same guy I'd like to get those sandwiches I wrote up a few minutes ago. He hesitates and said he didn't know where my sand which order went, so I tell him no problem, I will just write it up again. Then he says they are closing and don't have time to make my sandwiches. Obviously I am stunned and disappointed, but shocked they did not make the order originally and have it ready when I returned. No one else was in the store and they take To Go orders. WTF.....
