This is a decent neighborhood in a pretty peaceful area of town. The apartments are nice with good space and appliances. So far management has been responsive and helpful. The only real issue I've had so far is that most of the window screens are messed up and I don't see them being fixed any time in the near future. Other than that i have no complaints and I'd recommend these apartments for single people and small families. UPDATE: After living here a little while longer I've come to realize that the paper thin walls and old barely there windows are not ideal for living next to loud neighbors and dogs, or the cold winter months. Dogs bark at all hours of the night and a lot of the residents are inconsiderately loud. It may be difficult to live here if you work a job that requires going to bed early at night. The cold months are also very tough on the electric bill! The price of rent is still very reasonable for what you get, but be aware that there are some frustrating aspects of living here read more

I am very happy living here. I lived here years ago before the current owner took over the property. The changes in care of the property, concern for residents is like night and day. Maintenance is on top of things, the manager is very pleasant. The owners seem genuinely interested in making the apartments better. When one becomes open, the whole place is inspected and so far more than just cleaning has been done. New tile, fresh paint and additional ceiling fans are a few of what goes in to getting an apartment ready for a new tenant. read more
