They did not. I brought my 4 wheeler into get one front wheel fixed. The bill was $423.00. Upon returning home, both front wheels wouldn't engage into 4x4. So it was in worse condition then when I brought it into them. I called them and the manger said "there is nothing we can do for you." Can you believe that!! Really poor customer service and no regard for their reputation. Please do not use this business, you will regret it.

We had one bald eagle that sat on a tree for hours almost every day. The natural beauty is unrivaled and the owner and his son were so helpful and friendly. We sat for hours outside just enjoying the natural beauty and wildlife. Farragut State Park is literally right next door to the resort, a must see. We loved it there so much that we would love to retire to the area. Thank you for an amazing stay and the most adorable cabin and private beach. We finally left a message with Josh explaining our situation and he called me back, and after giving more details he drove the 20+ miles to where we were parked and started to trouble shoot and diagnose the problem. Josh spent several hours trying different ideas to get it fixed and in the end found a way to temporarily refill the air bags. After filling the air bags he stated "I wanted to make it possible for you and your family to make it home" in which we did. At anytime while he was trying to fix the problem he could have said I am not able repair the problem and I wouldn't have blamed him one bit, but he didn't he just kept working on the problem until a temporary solution was found to allow us to drive the 400 miles to get home. The next day he even called me to make sure that we made it home without an trouble. So for any rv repairs or breakdowns (god forbid) I would not hesitate to call him again.

He bolted them. Then we called Josh again to put a toggle switch(battery disconnect) into our pull car. And another time to prep our motorhome for our next run. Josh is fast, efficient, very reasonable compared to many mobile rv repair operators. We have tried more than 4 different mobile techs and I can definitely say Josh, Bear Ridge Repair is the best! My rv requires nothing more now, ready to leave in just a few day for 6 months on the road. You will not be disappointed!
