Fast forward to this year, after a bit of operator error on my part, we needed an emergency repair, with my daughter, son in-law and two grandchildren coming to town to go boating. Though the service department was backed up with other repair work, Kiki, Teri, and Steve were able to get me scheduled for that afternoon providing I could get the boat in that morning. Noah and Larson from the sales team were able to do just that, despite the absence of a working starter (that was quite the feat, moving the boat out and around all the other boats down the long dock. Larson even took a plunge in the process). The boat was fixed and back in the Hayden Lake marina late that afternoon, totally saving the weekend for my family. I can't say enough about this organization and the dedicated staff who have consistently gone up and beyond to perform for us. We finally left a message with Josh explaining our situation and he called me back, and after giving more details he drove the 20+ miles to where we were parked and started to trouble shoot and diagnose the problem. Josh spent several hours trying different ideas to get it fixed and in the end found a way to temporarily refill the air bags. After filling the air bags he stated "I wanted to make it possible for you and your family to make it home" in which we did. At anytime while he was trying to fix the problem he could have said I am not able repair the problem and I wouldn't have blamed him one bit, but he didn't he just kept working on the problem until a temporary solution was found to allow us to drive the 400 miles to get home. The next day he even called me to make sure that we made it home without an trouble. So for any rv repairs or breakdowns (god forbid) I would not hesitate to call him again.

He bolted them. Then we called Josh again to put a toggle switch(battery disconnect) into our pull car. And another time to prep our motorhome for our next run. Josh is fast, efficient, very reasonable compared to many mobile rv repair operators. We have tried more than 4 different mobile techs and I can definitely say Josh, Bear Ridge Repair is the best! My rv requires nothing more now, ready to leave in just a few day for 6 months on the road. You will not be disappointed!
