I found his business card at my local bank and called for an estimate and told him my situation and the cars noise he came to my house for a check up that same night and charged a normal amount for a check up and told me it was inner and outer tie rods but me having no knowledge with cars, he actually went to buy the parts and came back the next day to fix my car. The amount that he charged was honestly the cheapest amount out of all of the dealers and other mechanics I've called after he checked my car. Everybody else was charging me almost close to $1000 for this but I was curious to know if other dealers and other mechanics will charge the same or less. He also takes videos and pictures and shows you the before and after, so you can actually see the difference and you can see what been done to your car. He was very sweet and patient with me considering I kept asking questions. I believe the job took him an hour to an hour and a half to finish. After that, I actually called him once more because I was having another issue with my car and just like the first time he was very sweet and patient with me and he did charge me an amount that was doable for me. He ended up fixing my sway bar links and this time during the day.

He was the only tire company who immediately emailed me a written quote including the type of tire he recommended, 4 Crown Evolutions. I researched, on-line, several sites comparing the Crown Evolution tire vs my old tires, and was happy with what I found out about them. I even found a video on YouTube that compared the two types of tires and it explained why the Crown was such a good tire. The price of the tires offered to me was excellent, and considerably less than the other tire companies had verbally offered. Then, even better, Hollywood Tire offered to drive me home after dropping off my car and they picked me up the next day. What great service! Their receipt advises me to have my tires rotated every 5,000 miles and the receipt also says, and I quote: "We sell new tires major brands with free installation & balance with purchase of 4 new tires, we guarantee lifetime rotation & 50% discount on front alignment." They were wonderful, and my car is driving perfectly. Yes, I recommend Hollywood Tires to everyone !!!!!!

This place beat every quote I received from other shops, including Costco. Dylan specializes in engine work and tires, making it a true one-stop shop for all your vehicle needs. It's a smaller shop where you typically drop off your car and pick it up later, but it is absolutely a hidden gem. I have saved a significant amount of money bringing my cars here. My daughter drives a Mercedes and I drive an Acura, and Dylan's mechanics have years of experience working on these vehicles from their time at large dealerships. Unlike many dealerships that overcharge or recommend unnecessary work, this team is honest, knowledgeable, and fair. If you want excellent service and quality work while saving a lot of money, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.
