What I purchased through Teleflora was a premium flower arrangement with 16 white roses (my mother's favorite) accented with lavender wax flowers. What my mother received can only be described as grocery store flowers crammed into a vase! There's a level of trust when one orders a floral arrangement through Teleflora or FTD, Wheeling Flower Shop violated that trust. Their service in this matter was disgusting to take advantage of an out-of-town order and they didn't think they would get caught. Fortunately for me, my brother took a photo of the flowers and texted it to me because he even knew I would not have sent a garbage arrangement like what my mother received. The value of the flowers delivered was a fifth of the what was paid through Teleflora. I ordered roses and my mother got was cut-rate flowers and it appears that Wheeling Flower Shop has done this scam numerous times to other out-of-town customers! This is a scam! I calculated from the cost of the flowers I ordered versus what was delivered, this business pocketed 75 PERCENT of the money paid. I live in Pittsburgh, PA, and I could not find any bathroom vanities and cabinets that I like in my city, so I searched online. The Menards website had cabinets that I liked, so my husband and I drove out to this store in West Virginia to see the cabinets in person. As I walked through the store, I felt happy with the selection of merchandise: appliances, bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, light fixtures, electrical and plumbing supplies, primers and paints, flooring, pet supplies, etcetera. I even saw beauty products and foods! Some brands are available at competing retailers, but other brands are not available elsewhere. I viewed the bathroom cabinets in person, and I really liked the quality, style, and price. I needed much time to decide my preferred species of wood and color of stain. An employee kindly showed me another cabinet in a sample color so I could try to make up my mind. I plan to soon special-order these bathroom cabinets through the website. Otherwise, I picked out a can of primer and several cat treats. The cashier accurately rang up my purchase and thanked me.
