I ordered an arrangement with a dozen pink roses in it in addition to other flowers. What was sent to the funeral home had no roses in it. I did not receive any phone call to say they are not what I saw online. That the arrangement would not contain roses. Even though I ordered direct on their website. They would be able to see what is on the website. Instead of advising me, they made a similar arrangement, but filled it up with baby's breath flowers instead of a dozen pink roses. I guess they figured I am in another state and would never know. I called to complain as they had already been delivered to the funeral. The owner said there was not going to be any compensation $ to me, that I should have called them instead of ordering them online from THEIR website, which they said is owned by another company and they are unable to remove. How would I know that? False advertising. If they know that is the case, why would you not call the customer and tell them? And, short them a dozen roses? Do not order from Wheeling Flower Shop. I never will again.
