I got an email that my order was received, and they took the payment from my account. After 1 week, I emailed to check the order, no response. I called them a week after that, again, just to check on order status and if the order was not going to be filled, I would like a refund. Their answering machine message says their online store is open and they are checking and returning calls multiple times a day. I've called 2 times now (3/27 and 4/3) and haven't gotten a call back. I also tried reaching out to their Facebook page and they haven't even read the message. I don't want to leave a bad review, and I don't want anything free, I am asking for Some sort of reply to me and either the product I ordered or my money refunded. Please Lavender Ranch, make things right. I also my job purchased from you and is experiencing the same thing (no product, lack of response etc.) please return emails or calls and or send the product or refund people!

Place wasn't clean they didn't have much shade and place needed maintenance. Power would cut out every 15 min. Apparently they only had one breaker for all the back yard this was for the DJ, Live band and string lights. They some guy I think he was the owner was standing next to the breaker box all night. Over all place need cleaning and improvement. Maybe more breakers for reliable electricity. I took these pictures on the way out. They have old garbage, sheets of metal, machines and wood laying around. They even have a old spring mattress frame laying on the ground. Looks like a junk yard. Unprofessional!

Max's Miracle Ranch is a wonderful place to take younger kids, especially during Halloween or the…read moreholiday season. Max is their son and he has a serious heart condition. The family has rallied around not only Max, but the entire community of families with seriously ill children in the area. The Ranch has a petting zoo, a train for the kids to ride, and during the different holidays many different rides and fun activities. They were able to spare an extra person to drop off food at our event and setup the buffet tables. They ran a little behind dinner service, but that was due to hail, lightening and rain storms. The owner left her dishes with us after our event and they came by our home the next day, after we gave her our address and picked them up. they also forgot one of our hot items, which was just a tray of chicken, but she brought it by our house the next day to my wife and I could enjoy it before we flew out to our honeymoon. We have a ton leftover that we froze.
